1) Pin up your shorter layers in the back. 2) Take thick portions of your hair from either side of your head and weave them together. 3) Continue by adding hair from the opposite side and weaving it through. 4) Add a bobby pin at the end to hold it all together. 5) Pull apart to add some volume.
