01:01Women get asked a lot more about, um, work-life balance, and they get asked a lot more, like, oh,

01:10And they don't ask men, oh, well, how do you do that? Like, how did you, how did you, like,
01:16how are you CEO and you have kids, right?
01:18I needed people telling me no. I needed people to not get it and look at me cross-eyed for
01:23me to really figure out exactly what I was going to do and how I was going to do it.
01:29But, um, you know, I have some doubters out there, but I just, hopefully it will continue to be around
01:3510 years from now, and then they can be wrong.
01:38It has to come from you, and you can't really worry too much by looking to the left or to
01:45the right about what the competition might be doing, what other people in your field might be doing. It has
01:51to be a true vision.
01:52The person that hurts the most with this whole thing is your spouse. There's no question about it. You know,
01:58Raj always says, you know what, your list is PepsiCo, PepsiCo, PepsiCo, your two kids, our two kids, your mom,
02:04and then at the bottom of the list is me.
02:07There are two ways to look at it. You should be happier on the list.
