1. Start with a blue liquid liner on the outer corner of the lash line and form a wing. 2. Intersect the wing at a 45 degree angle forming a V. 3. Connect the end of the V to the waterline. 1. Start with your iridescent red liner above the inner corner of the eye and follow crease to center of eye. 2. Apply liner on the outer corner of the eye and follow crease a bit below first line.
