1) Draw a line with blue pigment on the upper lash line, from two thirds out to the outer corner. 2) At the inner end of the line, draw another blue line straight up to the crease. 3) Draw a wing extending from the outer corner of the eye, using the same blue. 4) Connect the straight line and the wing to create a triangle. 5) Fill in triangle with blue pigment. 6) From the inner corner of the eye, extend two small diagonal lines in opposite directions, creating an arrow shape with the same blue liner. 7) Go over blue pigment with blue glitter eyeliner. 8) Repeat on the other eye.
