For what's supposed to be the lazy season, pursuing true summer leisure can be a lot of work. But fret not, dearies, we've teamed up with bartender Dave Gulick of Williamsburg's Output and Moby Dick's in Montauk to teach you two kicky, cool Malibu Island Spiced Rum cocktails in just about one minute. Amazing, right? Better yet, the two drinks he shows us at the Refinery29 Beach House bar come in two different levels of complexity. One is solidly intermediate, best used when there's an extra moment to spoil your guests, and the other is a quick, high-speed fix for when you just can't wait for a tasty summer refresher.
