00:00Sunday night against the Philadelphia Eagles.
00:03Absolute must win, but it's a must win for both teams.
00:06Both teams involved in this need the dub.
00:09Asking you to call your shot.
00:10What needs to happen for the commanders to get the win?
00:13I think you need the best game of the season for their interior offensive linemen.
00:18I think you're going to get a motivated Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis in this game.
00:23And those guys can wreck games.
00:25My guy Kenny is in Largo.
00:26Kenny, call your shot.
00:28Hey, what's up, y'all?
00:30What's up, y'all?
00:30How y'all doing, man?
00:31Chillin', man.
00:31And so, man, I'm calling my shot.
00:35This defense needs two or more turnovers.
00:38Y'all better not go on here, natural TV, and get embarrassed by Tanner McKee, bro.
00:42Y'all better not do it.
00:43Y'all better not do it.
00:45Derontae Jones better bring the pressure.
00:47Because I don't like, I don't think Tanner McKee sucks.
00:49I ain't going to lie to you.
00:51Just throwing my carries off, everything.
00:52So, that defense better ball out two or more turnovers.
00:56That's my shot that I'm calling.
00:58All right.
00:59Dude, they've won one game so far this year.
01:01In that game, they generated three turnovers, and they scored touchdowns on all of them,
01:05including a pick six.
01:06Yeah.
01:07So, it's not crazy, Kenny, to say it's going to be turnover dependent.
01:11What is crazy is even in the losses and the damn tie, they've been on the right side of
01:16the turnover margin.
01:17Yeah.
01:18And they're still not winning.
01:20Yeah.
01:21What?
01:21They've turned over some balls.
01:23We get it on offense.
01:25We go three or four and out.
01:29If the turnovers come, the offense have to generate points.
01:33And sixes, not threes.
01:35Yeah.
01:36Jeffrey, call your shot.
01:37Who needs a big game to win come Sunday night?
01:41The D-line.
01:42Last week, we saw Tanner McKee.
01:46He can throw it, but he can't throw it.
01:48He had more ducks thrown than anything.
01:51So, if they just pressure him, oh, man, that's turnover city.
01:56Turnover city.
01:57So, I'm just going with the D-line.
01:58I know you probably wanted me to say it, player, but I'm going with the D-line.
02:03I'm not mad at you, Jeff.
02:04That was good.
02:05I think you've got to get pressure, right?
02:08And I think if you can generate the pressure, it would help a tremendous amount.
02:11Man, you got Jeff suffering from PTSD, man.
02:16That's probably pretty accurate.
02:18Every time you ask that question to him, he'll be like, man, what should I say?
02:21What do they expect me to say?
02:23But he always go with a group.
02:25Yeah.
02:26Let's go to Reggie in D.C.
02:28Reggie, call your shot.
02:30Hey, what's going on, fellas?
02:31Hey, B-Mitch, you know, man, you've been on some legendary teams.
02:34You know one of them games you get out to like a 17-0 lead and they just give up?
02:38I need them to get out.
02:40We get a turnover or something, we get out 14-0, 17-3, where you know what?
02:45Now, Jalen Collins, like wrecking shop, he dancing.
02:48Like, he want to play, but he really don't want to play.
02:52Take their motivation and their will.
02:54Early first quarter, second quarter, going into halftime, we up 21-3, man.
02:59Let's not even make this thing a game, man.
03:01I like it, bro.
03:02That's my shot.
03:02I like it.
03:05I do wonder if part of the Eagles' really poor defensive performance last week was at
03:13a certain point they didn't think McKee could get it done.
03:16And they're like, man, we're not going to win this thing.
03:18The way Dak's playing.
03:20Yeah, but see, that's what I mean when I always say about quarterback being in the most
03:24dependent position.
03:26If Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis and other people did their jobs at a high level, it
03:33doesn't come down to him having to make the play.
03:36But the fact that they weren't playing, of course he can't carry the game by himself.
03:41You know what I mean?
03:42Yeah.
03:42So, I think if you can get that point where you make them start thinking about that again,
03:48maybe they fold the tents once again.
03:52I agree.
03:53I mean, if you can get up early, if you had to guess a receiver to kind of make a
03:59bigger
04:00impact than we've seen so far, obviously there's options, right?
04:04Burks, Williams.
04:06Got to talk to Williams yesterday in the locker room, and Trey, actually.
04:10I loved Antonio Williams' attitude.
04:13Like, hey, Coach Quinton said they might need more out of you with Terry down.
04:18He said, yeah, I would hope so.
04:20That's what I'm here for.
04:21Like, isn't that the right response?
04:23Yeah.
04:23Like, hell yeah, I want more work.
04:25I want more snaps.
04:26I want more opportunities.
04:27I think he's a different player than Terry.
04:30I don't think really anybody on this team can match Terry's ability on contested catches.
04:36But Williams is slippery, man.
04:38And he's slippery in a fashion that is kind of hard to vocalize, hard to explain.
04:45But it's equally hard for defensive backs to keep up with him.
04:49True.
04:50I mean, he's – the thing about him running his route, he doesn't have much wasted motion.
04:56Yeah.
04:56Like, we talk about watching guys run routes, and they roll off of that inside foot.
05:02He puts that foot in the ground, and he's gone.
05:05He doesn't roll.
05:06You know what I mean?
05:07Yeah.
05:07So, I think that right there, when he was coming out of college, you heard people –
05:12and Fred said it all the time, he gets separation.
05:16That win, that's going to help him out throughout.
05:19And as long as he keeps doing that, he's going to give a quarterback –
05:22like, quarterbacks will run away – will take – will go off of a receiver if they don't see space.
05:28You see what I'm saying?
05:30Yeah.
05:30He gets that.
05:32My – a concern I have, if that's fair, is I thought what Dallas did really well against Philly is
05:40they ran the hell out of the football.
05:42And Javante Williams is not Jonathan Taylor.
05:46Javante Williams is not Emmitt Smith.
05:50But he's a good back.
05:51He's a capable back.
05:52And he's shown that in Denver.
05:54He's shown that in Dallas.
05:55I don't know Eckler, McNichols, Rashad White, that Washington has that.
06:03So, who of those three do you think can step up, especially with some of the interior stuff?
06:09I like – I like Eckler and McNichols.
06:14I think Rashad is more of that outside type guard runner.
06:19But I think Eckler, not the biggest guy, but he will slam it in and he hits it and he
06:25gets lost in the shuffle.
06:27McNichols is the guy who's a special teamer who understands, I got to get in that hole and out.
06:33And he hits holes quickly.
06:37You know, so I think those two guys might have a better success rate for you.
06:44They need to be able to run the ball Sunday night and take a little pressure off Jaden.
06:48What do you make of all the conversations surrounding Jaden needing to go deep more?
06:54I'm not worried about all that.
06:55I think people – when you're not privy to what they are trying to attack, what their things are,
07:05he's thrown the ball deep several times this year, several times.
07:10And he connected and he didn't connect.
07:14So, my whole thing is if you want to just drop back and start throwing it deep, go for it.
07:20Because there are people who are comparing him and Caliak Manners when he went in the game.
07:27Caliak Manners was just trying to get the ball.
07:29He was just letting the ball fly.
07:30They were losing, he was trying to let the ball fly.
07:33Jaden is coming in too with a game plan that we're going to read this and we're going to read
07:37off of this person.
07:38If something opens up deep, I'm sure he'll go to it.
07:41And then sometimes the backside deep rock, you don't see it.
07:45You know, yeah, it opens up because you're clearing over here.
07:48You're looking over this side.
07:50You're reading from one level up.
07:52You don't see the guy coming on the backside.
07:54You know, if these guys win a lot quicker, maybe he can peak.
07:58He also has no time.
08:01That's the main thing.
08:02Like Mike Shep always say, that part.
08:05See, that part right there, he is letting the ball go in 1.6 seconds.
08:09Has to.
08:10Other people, 2.7, 2.8.
08:12Every day, please.
