00:00But I'm thrilled to be here at the port of Corpus Christi and the breaking news.

00:07And one of the many reasons we did it here, we have a little breaking news.

00:10You have a little ship. See that little ship out there?

00:13It's got one million barrels of oil on it from Venezuela.

00:24And we're celebrating the greatest oil victory in history.

00:29To the victor belong the spoils, right?

00:32But thanks to our big victory in our recent war with Venezuela, the oil and...

00:39Think of this. Look at that ship. Is that beautiful? Finally.

00:45We've had many come in already. We've had many come in for refinement.

00:50They refined the oil. But the oil on the ships outside is being provided to the United States

00:56at zero cost to the American tax rate.

01:00It's not bad.

01:02I want to thank Venezuela, where our relationship has become very, very good, a great one.

01:09And billions and billions of dollars are being invested now by the biggest oil companies,

01:14many of which come from Texas, all over the world.

01:18And jobs are happening in Venezuela that nobody would have thought even possible just one year ago.

01:24And we're bringing out a lot of oil for ourselves. A lot.

01:27And it will become a prosperous country. And who knows, maybe someday soon it will become

01:33a prosperous 51st state. That's possible. Let's make it.

01:38Let's make it the 51st state. And instead of a president, we'll have an election for a governor.

01:45How about that? You know?

01:46Let's make it the 51st state. And the 51st state. And the 51st state. And the 51st state. And the
