00:20The woman in the council hall, who is she?
00:23My queen, that's Themis.
00:27I know her name. Who is she?
00:30She was Zeus' wife, for many years.
00:33Many years?
00:34Yes, before most of us.
00:36Finish the sentence.
00:37Because, before you, she was Zeus' wife.
00:41Themis, goddess of law, goddess of order. Her name itself means the rules.
00:48Do you know what it means, when the goddess of the rules is your husband's ex?
00:54She wasn't hidden. She wasn't forgotten. She was Zeus' wife, publicly.
01:00Every god knew her name. Every god bowed to her.
01:05She gave Zeus six children. The fates were hers. The seasons were hers.
01:11She wrote the laws of Olympias. And then I arrived. She stood up and gave me the throne. Not because
01:20Zeus asked. Not because she lost. Because she chose to.
01:29Where is she now?
01:31She is still in Olympus, my queen. She sits in the council. Every meeting. Every decision.
01:36She is always there.
01:38Has she ever looked at me?
01:39Yes. Today. When you entered the hall, she watched you.
01:44How did she look at me?
01:45Not like a rival. Like someone who already knows the ending. Watching someone who just opened the first page.
01:55Themis. Years of sitting in this seat. Years of resting her hand in the same place.
02:01That's when I understood. I wasn't the first to sit here. I was just the newest. I was simply the
02:08next one.
02:09And this is becoming the first one.
