00:00If you have been sleeping on Nashville's hip-hop scene,
00:03Dallas Murray's new single, Bad, is your wake-up call.
00:07Nashville singer and rapper Dallas Murray just released Bad,
00:11a genre-blending track that merges hip-hop with polished pop sensibilities.
00:15The song clocks in just above two minutes and delivers danceable beats,
00:20infectious melodies, and sing-along choruses that make it one of his most radio-friendly releases yet.
00:26Instead of writing about jealousy, Murray celebrates confidence and trust,
00:31following a narrator who embraces the attention his lover naturally attracts.
00:35It is a shift in his storytelling, moving from contemplative to pure joy.
00:41Murray has been developing his following through albums like Made with Moonshine and Off-Season,
00:46drawing on southern country influences from Texas and blending them with melodic pop and hip-hop.
00:53Bad is his sharpest statement yet.
