00:00My heartfelt congratulations to all the winners.
00:0368 medals were presented today,
00:0634 for the full marathon and 34 for the half marathon.
00:11Behind each medal is the passionate individual
00:15chasing a goal and a dream.
00:18I would like to say something to those who did not receive your medal today.
00:23You are not merely a spectator of this ceremony.
00:28You are its soul.
00:30A marathon with only winners would be a short race.
00:34It is the hundreds who finish in the middle
00:38and the ones who walk the last few kilometers
00:41make Kashmir Marathon the true festival.
00:45The runner who crosses the line after several hours
00:48has often fought a harder battle than the one who crossed first.
00:54I salute you equally.
01:09Thank you very much.
01:40Thank you very much.
01:59Thank you very much.
