00:00This is Gabrielle Famille. I'm in Paris at Porte de Vincennes.
00:05The riots that started here very peacefully at 2 p.m. local time.
00:11Over 100,000 people marched. It was peaceful for the first, I would say, three hours.
00:17And then around 5, 6 p.m. local time, things started to kick off.
00:22We've now heard a number of people throw grenades onto the floor.
00:28We heard very loud explosions. You can see I've got a gas mask on and a helmet.
00:35Police have been throwing water cannons and tear gas to try to disperse the protesters.
00:42But so far, it hasn't really come tensions. Things are still kicking off here.
