00:26Measures in Asia or SICA has provided a forum for countries across Asia to meet.
00:59Today, its 28 members include countries with very different political systems, economies
01:04and foreign policy priorities. That diversity has shaped both SICA's identity and the way it works.
01:11I was very happy to hear the concerns and the issues raised by the various heads of delegation
01:17and state heads who are participating in this conference.
01:21Azerbaijan has chaired the conference since 2024 and its chairmanship has expanded on making cooperation more practical.
