00:00You've got a number of players on the fringe of a starting place, the likes of Hackey,
00:06Dimon, George, Alcaraz. Norgaard now is coming back. How difficult is that to manage at the
00:13moment?
00:14I don't think it will be as difficult as what Mikel has got with the players he would
00:17have to manage because he has a lot of players who obviously need to play in the team. But
00:23it's a thing that all football managers have to deal with. Most of us, maybe not us, have
00:28all bigger squads now and it's a bit harder because you really generally want to play
00:34all the players but you have to separate yourself from being the manager to being the guy who
00:40you talk to every day in the training ground and we work with it. We have to come in and
00:44make a decision. It's the same for all the managers, whatever league you're in, whether you're in
00:49the second or third division, there will be lots of managers in that league as well having
00:53to make decisions on who they play and who they don't play and it's never easy.
