00:00:02The opinions expressed by the host and guests in this show are not necessarily the views
00:00:07of children's health defense.
00:00:33I just want to say, and thank you, Sean, and thank you, Dean Allison.
00:00:38I really never thought this was going to happen.
00:00:41I really thought I'd be forgotten.
00:00:45That was my experience for the last several years.
00:00:49So as much as it hurts me to be here, I felt I had to because of what yous are
00:00:55doing.
00:00:56I just want to say thank you.
00:00:58And if me being here does anything, I don't care what I'm feeling, the pain, I have to do my
00:01:05part as well.
00:01:06So thank you.
00:01:06Thank you for coming and sharing your story because I know it's at a cost.
00:01:11And what you've said to us, I hope will change the world because the world's watching these proceedings.
00:01:18It's quite shocking how it's, I think we were number seven worldwide now.
00:01:22So you are being heard today.
00:01:25And we're just honored to hear you in person here.
00:01:30Right.
00:01:31It's crazy.
00:01:32There's MPs and a number of my colleagues have heard from people on a multiple level.
00:01:36And we'd have these conversations privately.
00:01:39But for some crazy reason, we can't talk publicly about it.
00:01:42Right.
00:01:42And we've got to be able to break that stigma down.
00:01:45We've got to give people permission to tell their stories publicly because if we don't start a discussion, if we
00:01:52don't have conversations, we don't encourage other brave doctors to come forward and share those.
00:01:57And you can imagine if we had a whole bunch of docs that showed up at the same time saying
00:02:01we've got to address these issues.
00:02:03We've got to figure out a way to get treatment.
00:02:04And by not having conversations, we can't get treatment, right?
00:02:07Because they don't acknowledge it exists.
00:02:09It's kind of this, you know, carrot and stick or chicken and egg or whatever you want.
00:02:14You know, that is a challenge.
00:02:15So that's why we're doing it.
00:02:17And I completely concur with you.
00:02:21When people are calling people that had injuries anti-vaxxers, it's the most ridiculous thing.
00:02:27But it just shows you where we're at with dialogue in this country.
00:02:30And we've got to fix that.
00:02:31Exactly.
00:02:32And we've got to push forward.
00:02:33We've got to encourage people.
00:02:34We've got to demand people to have conversations that are uncomfortable.
00:02:37Yes.
00:02:38We have to have uncomfortable conversations.
00:02:40And that's why I'm glad my colleagues are here because I want them to help me have those uncomfortable conversations
00:02:46as well.
00:02:49Good morning, CHD.
00:02:50It is Thursday, October the 22nd, 2026.
00:02:53We're live here at CHD TV for Financial Rebellion.
00:02:56Good morning, Carolyn.
00:02:57Good morning.
00:02:59Well, now, before we get our amazing guests, I'm going to be talking about the Alison Inquiry today.
00:03:03What even is it?
00:03:03What happened?
00:03:04Many of you watched it live stream as it did happen.
00:03:07But first of all, I just want to make a couple of announcements.
00:03:09And that is to remind you, we do have two job listings for CHD TV.
00:03:14Not CHD TV.
00:03:16Lead Litigator, if that is you, please do submit to CHD.
00:03:22It'll be in the show notes.
00:03:24So you'll be able to just go straight to that.
00:03:26And then the other position available is the National Chapters Manager, and that's in the Advocacy Department.
00:03:33So it's a wonderful organisation to work for, Children's Health Defence, and we'd love to have you join us.
00:03:38So if you can do either of those two positions, please do apply, because we need them urgently.
00:03:43Another thing to remind you all is that this evening is our movie night, and we're going to be doing
00:03:47Autism Made in the USA.
00:03:49It's a Gary Null film, and he will be on CHD TV live tomorrow morning as well to talk to
00:03:55us.
00:03:55So those are my two announcements for you.
00:03:58And to remind you also that our movies are all on Roku, so if you want to watch on your
00:04:03television, then do go to Roku and download the CHD.TV channel.
00:04:07It's really easy to do.
00:04:09It is free, and everything that you watch us on CHD TV is on there on all the movies.
00:04:16Okay, so please let's bring on Sean Buckley.
00:04:20Good morning, Sean.
00:04:23Good morning, Polly.
00:04:24It's great to be here.
00:04:25Good morning, Carolyn.
00:04:27Good morning.
00:04:29Can you just tell everyone who you are?
00:04:31I know we've had you on CHD TV many times, but just remind everybody that's watching now exactly who you
00:04:38are and why.
00:04:39What is it, Alison Inquiry, and why you did it?
00:04:44Yeah, so I'm a Canadian constitutional lawyer that, you know, the short answer is, is for the last 32 years,
00:04:52I've been trying to slow the machine down.
00:04:53But when COVID hit, we really witnessed Canada sliding completely into a police state.
00:05:01In the province that I live in, Alberta, we actually had the opposition leader calling for the army to go
00:05:08door to door to identify the unvaccinated, with the implication being that they would be dragged out of their homes
00:05:14and forcibly vaccinated.
00:05:16And to this day, if I lecture in Alberta and ask people to put up their hands if they believed
00:05:21the army was going to go door to door, the majority put their hands up.
00:05:26Can you imagine that type of fear?
00:05:28Like, and I was in Alberta, I believed that.
00:05:31I actually believed that eventually the army was going to come to my door and drag me out of my
00:05:35house and forcefully vaccinate me.
00:05:37We had our prime minister asking, you know, how long, like on national television, asking how long were we going
00:05:44to tolerate the vaccinated?
00:05:46And we were building detention camps across the country.
00:05:51So when COVID, after the truckers went, like the truckers bought Canada reprieve.
00:05:57We had been totally locked down for two winters.
00:06:01And then the truckers brought us a reprieve.
00:06:04I got involved on the ground floor in what was called the National Citizens Inquiry.
00:06:09And we held 24 days of hearings on COVID issues across Canada, all under oath in front of independent commissioners.
00:06:21And that testimony can be found at nationalcitizensarchives.com in Canada.
00:06:28So, well, then I got involved in the Allison Inquiry.
00:06:31And the problem is, is in Canada, and it's likely the same in the States, is most of our lawmakers
00:06:39actually buy the mainstream TV narrative.
00:06:44Before the Allison Inquiry, I was with my wife, Teresa, interviewing MPs to see if any would be willing to
00:06:50participate and sit on the panel.
00:06:53And, you know, other than Dean Allison, none would.
00:06:56But I learned that.
00:06:57They actually, like, they know there's death.
00:07:01They know there are injuries.
00:07:03I mean, that can't be hidden.
00:07:04But they believe it's long COVID.
00:07:07And they believe that the vaccine worked.
00:07:09And thank goodness it worked.
00:07:11Because otherwise we'd have more long COVID.
00:07:14And the problem is, is if you believe that, like, imagine if you believe that personally, then you almost have
00:07:21a personal obligation to be upset about anything that would promote what they call vaccine hesitancy.
00:07:28So, that's what we were facing.
00:07:30Because we had to break the narrative.
00:07:32We had to break that narrative.
00:07:34And so, what the Allison Inquiry was is actually on Parliament Hill.
00:07:38So, that's, you know, where Parliament sits.
00:07:40And in one of their official committee rooms, we called vaccine-injured Canadians injured by the COVID-19 vaccine to
00:07:49tell their stories to members of Parliament.
00:07:52And so, that's what the Allison Inquiry is.
00:07:55If you haven't watched it, I promise you it will change your life.
00:07:59You can't watch it and be the same.
00:08:02And the interesting thing is, is, well, we were praying all along.
00:08:06But every morning before we started, we would, you know, get together and pray that the only spirit that would
00:08:13speak through anyone that took the mic was the Holy Spirit.
00:08:17And that God would place the Medal of Majesty on the vaccine injured so that their testimony would resonate across
00:08:23the world.
00:08:24And he seems to be doing that.
00:08:26He seems to be speaking in a bold way.
00:08:28It's just, it's humbling to us that we're involved.
00:08:33Yeah.
00:08:33And for those that did miss it, you can find it in the events section of CHDTV.
00:08:39So, you know, you should go and play it.
00:08:41He's right.
00:08:42It's a game changer.
00:08:44And so, Sean, I want to go to your clip of your story, the Sean Buckley story.
00:08:49And it's just a little clip of it so we can see what it is that you were talking about.
00:08:55So, one of them told me, you know, my daughter-in-law made it clear that if I testify, I
00:09:00will never see my grandchildren again.
00:09:04But think about, think about that.
00:09:06This is September 8th, 2026 in Canada.
00:09:11And a family will be torn apart and destroyed if somebody who is vaccine injured publicly shares their story with
00:09:21us in this committee room.
00:09:24We had another person, I was terribly excited about her testifying.
00:09:29We may use some of her video evidence from a different time where she was allowed to testify years ago.
00:09:37But she backed out and she says, you know, I lost my mother to the vaccine.
00:09:41I lost another sibling to the vaccine.
00:09:42And if I am the only person I have left and I'm injured, too, I'm suffering.
00:09:47The only person I have left is my brother.
00:09:50And my brother's made it clear to me that he will have nothing to do with me.
00:09:55If I testify at the Allison inquiry and share my story truthfully.
00:10:02Yeah.
00:10:03So that tells us that we have a real problem in this country because for some reason we are completely
00:10:13unable to have an honest and fair and open discussion where we actually will listen to the other side about
00:10:20vaccine injuries.
00:10:21Another thing that occurred in our preparation is I'm interviewing the potential witnesses.
00:10:30And many of them, as you'll see, they're they're in wheelchairs.
00:10:34You know, one of them couldn't testify when we wanted them to because they had to schedule dialysis for while
00:10:41they're in Ottawa.
00:10:42And so we had to we had to move them in the schedule.
00:10:46A different one, not only is he in a wheelchair, but his bowels don't move.
00:10:51So he's got two IV bags, one going because the only way you can eat is is IV straight into
00:10:58his veins and then a very slow drip into the stomach.
00:11:03Actually, we had to get an extension cord so that the batteries on his pumps are functioning when he testifies
00:11:10in this room later this week.
00:11:18Wow.
00:11:20Wow.
00:11:21How how how did you cope with listening to all those?
00:11:24So I know you had to interview a lot of people, but I know personally how hard it is.
00:11:30You go to do something and then you have no idea.
00:11:33Even if you think, you know, the idea, you have no idea how much there is out there, how much
00:11:38pain and suffering.
00:11:42It's really interesting.
00:11:44We had two ladies that did our sorting, like we had almost 1500 people apply to be witnesses and they
00:11:53had to read every single application and kind of filter them down.
00:11:57They had criteria.
00:11:59We wanted to have very compelling stories.
00:12:03And I don't know, it was maybe about a month and a half in to our prep.
00:12:08We only had about three and a half months to to prepare once once we got the go ahead.
00:12:14I just that we had a team meeting on Zoom and I asked I made the mistake of asking those
00:12:19two how they were doing.
00:12:20And one just started weeping and wept for the rest of the call.
00:12:24And that happened a couple of times.
00:12:27And we had a meeting, a Zoom meeting with the team two days ago just to kind of debrief.
00:12:34And everyone's still in shock over what happened.
00:12:37So you can't, like if you, if your audience goes and watches the Allison Inquiry all four days, you're going
00:12:47to be changed, but you're going to have all this grief that you're going to have to work through.
00:12:52And in our team, that's writ large because we just, we lived it for months.
00:12:56So I would be lying to you if I said I was doing okay.
00:13:01Yeah, Sean, I don't know if you saw, I think I sent to you an article that Jeffrey Tucker, who's
00:13:09the founder of Brown, the Brownstein, he decided he was going to look at the V-safe entries, which are
00:13:18the V-safe program was, as opposed to VAERS,
00:13:22that physicians and healthcare workers entered information about vaccine injuries in the United States.
00:13:29This is coming from the people who could go in and report their own situations.
00:13:35And he decided he was going to look at all of the V-safe program entries.
00:13:41And he said that he got 10% into it and he could not continue.
00:13:45He said it was, he had PTSD just from reviewing that.
00:13:51And you have to think that the people who did the Pfizer papers, also looking at the clinical trials, were
00:13:58also adversely affected.
00:14:00But all I can say is I've heard a lot of bus stories and I've, you know, I've seen clips
00:14:07of some of the testimony,
00:14:09but I can't even imagine spending months looking at this and coming out not gravely injured emotionally from the experience.
00:14:19I mean, how do you cope with that?
00:14:22Yeah, well, I think you just rely, rely on God for that.
00:14:27But, you know, so we did this in Canada, but the United States has to do the same thing because
00:14:33the problem,
00:14:34I think it was October of last year.
00:14:36So a year ago, Rasmussen did a poll in the United States and they were asking,
00:14:42I mean, and the key word is significant.
00:14:44So it found that I think just shy of 58% of Americans a year ago believed that the COVID
00:14:51-19 vaccine caused significant death.
00:14:54So not just death, significant death.
00:14:57And that wasn't even probing serious injuries short of death.
00:15:03And yet you're still going to have this, you know, maybe up to a third of the population that is
00:15:10hypnotized by the mainstream media.
00:15:12And I don't know about the U.S., but in Canada, it's the baby boomers.
00:15:15Like of all the generations that are, you know, totally hypnotized by government messaging,
00:15:21that's the last generation I would have thought.
00:15:25But they still believe.
00:15:26And we've all been so trained.
00:15:31I mean, anti-vaxxer, like that's just a pejorative control term.
00:15:38We had, you know, I'm interviewing these people.
00:15:46And almost every single witness we called, either privately to me or even on the stand, said,
00:15:55I'm not an anti-vaxxer.
00:15:58Well, of course, you're an anti-vaxxer.
00:16:00You are an anti-vaxxer and you know you're an anti-vaxxer.
00:16:03But even though they're people that took the vaccine, like by definition, they're not anti-vaxxers.
00:16:10They are so mistreated and so gaslit and so denied medical treatment and so ostracized within their families and friend
00:16:20circles
00:16:20that they're desperate to get away from that label, just even so that they can be heard.
00:16:27So you know that the propaganda machine has gone over time and absolutely closed our minds.
00:16:34But the next time that there is, you know, public health needs American citizens to buy in, they're not going
00:16:42to because we've got this split.
00:16:44There is zero trust in public health for over a majority of the population.
00:16:49And the only way to restore that is to face it square on and listen to these stories and accept
00:16:56that this is real and find out what happened and fix it.
00:17:02So, you know, I don't see any way out of that because we're so divided.
00:17:07Yeah, I think we have a clip, clip four, as Lou says.
00:17:10I think we're going to go straight to that to back up what you just said.
00:17:14But the next time you're listening to any media or reading any media and you hear the phrase anti-vaxxer,
00:17:21conspiracy theorist, or misinformation, you are listening to propaganda.
00:17:26Understand that from this day forward.
00:17:29Your life may depend on it.
00:17:32By March 1st, 2023, so many Canadians were disgusted and upset with the CBC for not reporting this story that
00:17:41150 of them went at dawn down to the CBC headquarters on Front Street in Toronto and plastered flyers with
00:17:48their faces, their names, their injuries, the stories of their dead loved ones on the front page, on the front
00:17:54entrance of the CBC.
00:17:55See, you could not have been a CBC employee entering in the main entrance that day and not have seen
00:17:59this.
00:18:01They were saying, OK, we're willing to commit a minor act of vandalism here in order to get you to
00:18:07pay attention.
00:18:08We don't know what else could work.
00:18:11But near as I can figure, CBC security just went out and took the posters down.
00:18:18And these people were not interviewed.
00:18:21And my guess is that they couldn't be interviewed.
00:18:24Because if you take 150 of them, statistically, probably about 10 or 15 of them are going to say to
00:18:29the interviewer, you know, I believed you.
00:18:32You did this to me.
00:18:34Adrian Arsenault, Ian Hanna-Mansing, Brian Goldman, I can name 10 others.
00:18:37You did that.
00:18:39I trusted you.
00:18:40They were stuck because they couldn't call them an anti-vaxxer.
00:18:43They'd all been vaccinated.
00:18:47Wow, another powerful, powerful clip.
00:18:50I just, for me, it's the callous disregard of the way people are treated.
00:18:56You know, people who believed in the system.
00:18:58I believe way back 30 years ago when I vaccinated my son with disastrous results.
00:19:03And so many going forward with exactly the same thing that we were good citizens who did as we were
00:19:09told.
00:19:10And then when disaster strikes, Sean, the treatment that you're alone is so painful.
00:19:16Your family turns against you.
00:19:18Your friends turn against you.
00:19:20You have to find money from nowhere to help sort out the pain of what's happened to your child or
00:19:25your loved one.
00:19:26And it just goes on and on.
00:19:28And many divorce happens from that because of the stressful situation.
00:19:32Siblings are affected.
00:19:34It's just the most heartbreaking spiral of despair.
00:19:44It's, you know, it's quite interesting how deep it goes, this, this programming that what we found is, is even
00:19:54the witnesses that right out of the gate, the doctor said, oh, yes, this is a COVID-19 vaccine injury.
00:19:59Like, there's just no doubt about it.
00:20:01We're all on side.
00:20:02They couldn't get treatment.
00:20:05They couldn't get treatment.
00:20:07Like, as soon as anything is connected, whether they agree with you or they don't agree with you that it's
00:20:12COVID-19 vaccine injury, you are now a leper in the system.
00:20:17I mean, there's story after story where, yeah, I was referred to like 30 specialists and not a single one
00:20:24would take me.
00:20:25So they actually have to learn to play this game.
00:20:28We'll get a different diagnosis so that you can get treatment for what you need.
00:20:32Now, how can it be in a medical system that if you have a specific diagnosis that a doctor doesn't
00:20:42want to treat you because they're so at risk?
00:20:47Like, that's what's interesting is, is we, we know that doctors get destroyed around the world if they stand up
00:20:54and they question these COVID-19 vaccines.
00:20:57But how do they operate in that type of environment?
00:21:00Like, we've got such highly educated people in, you know, most of their endeavors, they're sincerely trying as best they
00:21:09can with the tools they have.
00:21:11And I don't believe in the mainstream medical system at all, but I've spent a career dealing with it.
00:21:17But they honestly are trying to help people with the education and the tools that they have, except for when
00:21:25we get to the holy grail of vaccination, they know that they can't question that.
00:21:31And I don't know how they deal with it because they've seen the change.
00:21:36They've seen the deaths.
00:21:37They've seen the injuries.
00:21:39And there's no way on God's green earth that they believe it's long COVID.
00:21:43Some will.
00:21:43You always have your true believers, right?
00:21:45So, I think part of the key, we had Dr. Gary Davidson testify at the Allison Inquiry.
00:21:55And he headed up a provincial inquiry in the province of Alberta that actually called for let's stop vaccinating 18
00:22:04and under and some other things.
00:22:06But he was asked by one of the members of parliament, like, why is it that, you know, your doctor
00:22:12cohorts won't kind of have this discussion or admit that this happened?
00:22:17And he said something that I actually hadn't considered, although as a lawyer, it should have been obvious to me.
00:22:23And what he said was, is he said, listen, my, you know, my colleagues acted badly, meaning that they, you
00:22:30know, pushed this vaccine and they shouldn't have.
00:22:34And he says, now, if they come out and admit it, they could be liable.
00:22:38And of course they could.
00:22:39Right.
00:22:39And I, so I think they're in a bind, but we have to have this conversation.
00:22:45We actually, you know, we have to get down to the bottom of what happened.
00:22:49And we actually need some accountability to restore confidence in public health again.
00:22:55Yeah, we definitely need accountability.
00:22:56Let's go to Ron Johnson talking about fear.
00:22:59Let's look at this clip.
00:23:01But fear was exactly what those in charge wanted to stoke.
00:23:06So they can use that fear to increase their power and control over our lives.
00:23:12Even though on February 8th, 2020, February 8th, Anthony Fauci privately confided to his diary a similar case fatality rate
00:23:23for COVID, quote, more likely 0.2 to 0.3 percent rather than 2 percent.
00:23:30That's a quote in his diary.
00:23:32With transmissibility, quote, like a bad influenza, unquote.
00:23:38Quote, publicly, in his March 2020 testimony to the House Oversight Committee, he predicted overall mortality around 2 to 3
00:23:47percent.
00:23:48Ten times higher.
00:23:55It's about ten times higher than the flu.
00:23:58He used the scaremongering to push mandates and societal lockdowns that devastated, and I mean devastated people's lives and global
00:24:06economies.
00:24:08In March 2020, I publicly stated that we tragically lose 39,000 people in traffic fatalities each year.
00:24:15But we don't shut down our highways.
00:24:18From the White House podium, Anthony Fauci said that comment was, quote, way out.
00:24:23Actually, my comment was highly appropriate analogy.
00:24:27There was no way we shut down our economy to slow the spread.
00:24:33We had to continue on with our lives.
00:24:38Now, federal workers could work from home.
00:24:40Ask another white-collar office workers, teachers.
00:24:46But blue-collar workers, the people who actually make our lives livable,
00:24:52make and deliver our food, other products that are necessities,
00:24:56they had to go to work to keep our economy operating.
00:24:59And they did.
00:25:05I love Vaughn Johnson.
00:25:06Great points by him.
00:25:08Do you want a, you know, funny little story about Senator Johnson testifying?
00:25:13And we're so thankful he did.
00:25:14You know, nobody, no lawmaker in the world has held as many inquiries into the COVID-19 vaccines.
00:25:21Like, he is a world expert.
00:25:24And, you know, he said privately, well, I was good to interview people,
00:25:28but I don't actually ever get to testify myself.
00:25:31And we made Canadian history.
00:25:33Not only is it the only time a U.S. senator has ever testified in committee,
00:25:38but this was the first committee that I'm aware of that we put witnesses under oath.
00:25:44So, but we had to, we had to, because we wanted those vaccine-injured persons to be under oath.
00:25:52It was amazing, amazing what you achieved.
00:25:56I think we're going to go to Carolyn now and do our term of the day.
00:25:59Yeah, I selected the term COVID indemnification to explain the legal aspects of this
00:26:06and why no one can get any kind of compensation for the injury.
00:26:10In the United States, our viewers, I'm sure, understand what the PREP Act is,
00:26:15which is a statutory indemnification.
00:26:18It's a promise to pay damages for what somebody has done.
00:26:25The indemnitor is the one who promises to cover the damages,
00:26:31and it can be either contractual or, in the case of the United States, statutory.
00:26:36So, under the PREP Act, you can't sue anybody.
00:26:42I mean, technically, there's a way, but it's so difficult, it's virtually a useless situation.
00:26:49But, to my knowledge, in other countries, they don't have statutory indemnification.
00:26:55They have contractual indemnification.
00:26:58And, as much as you know, Sean, about everything in Canada having to do with COVID,
00:27:04you don't even know what's in the contracts to indemnify, that's my understanding,
00:27:10indemnify the manufacturers and anyone else having to do with the delivery of the so-called vaccine
00:27:19against any liability for what they do.
00:27:21Is that right?
00:27:23Is that my understanding?
00:27:24Yeah, so, as far as when you're talking about the contract, but let's take a step back,
00:27:29because both Canada and the U.S. has the same drug approval model.
00:27:33And the drug approval model itself goes a long way in creating indemnity.
00:27:39So, you guys had this emergency use authorization.
00:27:42We had something similar.
00:27:44We didn't call it that.
00:27:46We're basically the regulatory body is, because we're in a quote-unquote emergency,
00:27:52I mean, and we know we weren't in an emergency, but when you have a, you know, official government
00:28:01body approving a vaccine as, you know, safe as effective, let's just step out of COVID
00:28:08for a second, that creates a real barrier in court, because there's already kind of a
00:28:14prima facie understanding that there's some legitimacy here, that it is safe and effective.
00:28:21And if the pharmaceutical company follows the restrictions placed on it by the government,
00:28:26they're not acting negligently, are they?
00:28:30Like, I mean, it's, do you see how this creates a bit of a problem?
00:28:33So, like, I'm not aware of pharmaceutical companies hardly ever being successfully sued,
00:28:41unless it's such a big issue like Vioxx, where almost it's a good public relations exercise
00:28:48for them to go through that and get spanked and now everything else is okay, where we're
00:28:55ignoring that likely our leading cause of death is the chemical drugs as a group, you know,
00:29:01including the vaccines.
00:29:02So, but the game they play in Canada, so I don't know about our COVID-19 vaccine contract,
00:29:10because I haven't seen a copy.
00:29:11I've seen copies from other countries, and they seem very similar, where the government
00:29:17agrees to indemnify.
00:29:20But, you know, there is a, there have been lawsuits in Canada that haven't gotten anywhere.
00:29:25And so, our first problem is, is if you try to sue Health Canada, the courts are saying,
00:29:33well, Health Canada doesn't owe a duty of care to you as an individual.
00:29:38They only owe a duty of care to the public generally.
00:29:42This is kind of a move into communist thinking.
00:29:45Like, we only have freedoms because we protect individual rights.
00:29:49So, and even we just had a class action suit dismissed, because there isn't this duty of
00:29:56care even to a class, a group of people that are injured.
00:29:59So, we have a regulatory body that can basically, you know, commit crimes in their, you know,
00:30:07application of approving vaccines, because our test wasn't a test at all.
00:30:12It was a political direction to attend.
00:30:14The word safety wasn't mentioned.
00:30:16You could get a COVID-19 vaccine approved in Canada without submitting any safety data
00:30:21under our test, which is shocking.
00:30:25And you didn't have to prove efficacy.
00:30:28So, but there's no civil liability.
00:30:33And if there's no civil liability, then you, there's no protection of the public.
00:30:38Like, you and I don't do certain things, and your audience don't do certain things,
00:30:43because we're going to be held liable.
00:30:44I mean, even as simple as, we don't speed all the time, because we don't like those
00:30:48tickets.
00:30:48They bite us, right?
00:30:50So, we're in a world of hurt in both the United States and Canada, because people that
00:30:55are, you know, literally acting criminally or negligently in our government, in our drug
00:31:01approval process, are never held to account, and they know they will never be held to account.
00:31:05And these people should be held to account to the highest standards, because they're making
00:31:11decisions, drug approval decisions for the entire population.
00:31:15I mean, the real mischief is we shouldn't have government bodies doing that.
00:31:19Rather, we should have court systems that are totally accessible to the poor, where if
00:31:25they are hurt by anything on the market, drug or otherwise, that there's full accountability.
00:31:30I mean, not ridiculous, where you're putting a company, but, you know, full accountability,
00:31:34then, and only then, will we have companies acting responsibly towards the public.
00:31:40Yeah, at this moment, I'm going to just mention that there's, today, there are hearings going
00:31:45on in a case in the Netherlands, suing, and this is for, I think, criminal liability, at least
00:31:53civil liability, and it's against a whole panoply of players in this, in this COVID horribleness.
00:32:04And the defendants include Bill Gates, Ruti, who's the head of, the health head in the
00:32:11Netherlands, Albert Bourla, who's the head of Pfizer, and a number of other people.
00:32:18And there's, we have a link in the notes, if you want to go, it's actually live streaming
00:32:24as we speak.
00:32:25And Catherine Austin Fitz and Sasha Lodipova and a couple of other people have recorded
00:32:34expert testimony that originally was what the court denied, so that's why they recorded
00:32:40it, so that they could show it to other people, even though it wasn't going to be heard in court.
00:32:44But they're actually playing it in court today, and if you want to go, there's going to be
00:32:49a press conference, and that should be on the same channel, so if you want to go see that.
00:32:55Remember, it's six hours ahead in the Netherlands, in Leewarden, so it's early, but I assume that
00:33:02recordings will be available.
00:33:04Now, the excuse for the liability shields, in all cases, I think, is that the government
00:33:11theoretically is going to address the injuries from the COVID jab through an administrative
00:33:20procedure, and in the United States, it's the COVID Injury Compensation Program, I think, CICP,
00:33:29and then you have a similar one in Canada.
00:33:33Well, tell us how effective that is.
00:33:36Well, and, you know, I'll tell you how effective ours was, but I actually think United States
00:33:42has had a worse experience, so when we look, there was a little bit of testimony about that
00:33:47at the Allison Inquiry, so, because Canada is always looking at U.S. data, but we had this
00:33:55injury program where I think only, like, $56 million was allocated, and right in the contract,
00:34:0260% of that was to go to administration, so, like, already, that's really interesting,
00:34:10and that's like, what are you talking about, $56 million people, or $56 million, I mean,
00:34:17even just the, you know, we called roughly 50 vaccine-injured persons at the COVID Inquiry,
00:34:24or at the Allison Inquiry, their lives were absolutely destroyed, I mean, completely destroyed,
00:34:32and that probably wouldn't be enough, even if it, none of it went to administration to deal with
00:34:38that, and this is just, like, the thin edge of the wedge, like, we had 1,500 people in, like,
00:34:46imagine when you start a project, Carolyn and Polly, nobody knows who you are, like, we announced
00:34:52ourselves on June 4th at a press conference, but to this day, there'll be a large number of Canadians
00:34:57that don't know that, about the Allison Inquiry, let alone that they could have applied, well,
00:35:03we only have 40 million Canadians, so, like, we had 1,500, up, around 1,500 people now apply to
00:35:11have
00:35:12been a witness. Now, these are people that were willing to testify, that knew about us,
00:35:20and that weren't totally traumatized, even by the prospect of applying, because they've been so
00:35:26damaged by the medical system, that even filling in our forms was, like, it was abusive, they found
00:35:33it abusive, because they felt like they were dealing with the medical system again. Well,
00:35:39in Canada, our vaccine injuries are so underreported that it's crazy, like, we'd probably be talking about
00:35:47hundreds of billions of dollars to compensate properly, but I think we had, like, less than 200
00:35:54people approved by this system. It was just an absolute train wreck, and it was so procedurally
00:36:01unfair that it was crazy. So, you would fill out this form, those two parts to this form. Well,
00:36:08you're a layperson, you don't know what their criteria, you know, is to get approved for your
00:36:13condition, you don't know what the medical terms are, you don't know what's important or not
00:36:18important, you fill in this form, you have to get a doctor to fill in the second part to say,
00:36:22no, this credibly could be vaccine injury, and almost no doctor would. And then they never contact
00:36:29you again, for clarification or anything. So, like, years will go by, and then without anyone ever
00:36:36contacting you to clarify or the like a decision is made by a panel that's unnamed, and you're done.
00:36:45Like, it was crazy. But again, my understanding is, is in the United States, I think, you know,
00:36:52just performance-wise, it's worse. And when you think about how, you know, morally reprehensible this
00:37:00is. So, if you're going to, I mean, even if you believe in the vaccines, and I don't believe that
00:37:05the regulatory body truly does, like, I, that I believe the whole game is rigged. And it's more
00:37:13apparent in Canada because we have government-funded healthcare. But even if you believe that the
00:37:21vaccines worked, and, you know, overall, they were in the public good, don't you have a complete and
00:37:28total responsibility, then, to not just care for, but, you know, care for in a privileged way,
00:37:35those few that then, in your mind, are taking one for the team. Like, that's what I don't understand,
00:37:41is what we learned at the Allison Inquiry is just how inhumane we treat people. Like, I mean,
00:37:49there's no worse label that can be ascribed to an individual in, in North America than being an
00:37:56anti-vaxxer. Like, in the medical system, you are done. You are now a pariah, you are now a leper,
00:38:04and you are not touchable. Well, how can that, that be, even if you believe that, no, this is in
00:38:12the public good, but there's some that are going to be hurt and take it for the team? Like, I
00:38:18don't
00:38:19understand. Like, I don't understand, because regardless of where you are on this narrative,
00:38:27surely to goodness, you can agree that those that are hurt, you know, whether few or many,
00:38:34need to be taken care of by the rest of us. 100% agree to that. Can we go to
00:38:40Shannon Holmes now?
00:38:42I want to, I want to hear a testimony. Anytime I ate anything, I felt like I was digesting a
00:38:47car
00:38:47crash. I just felt like shards of glass were going through my system. So I actually couldn't eat
00:38:53anything. Um, and I, uh, I had called friends because my kids were still young. This is five years
00:39:01ago. And so, um, I called friends to come over because I knew I needed to get to the hospital.
00:39:08And, um, so they came and they called the ambulance and, um, and then I got taken to the hospital.
00:39:20And when I arrived, they were, I was, they, they, uh,
00:39:27I was sort of in the triage session, I guess. And so they came up and they're like,
00:39:31okay, so what else is going on with you? And I'm like, I feel like, like my skin is being
00:39:36electrocuted. I feel like I'm getting stubbed. I said, there's something wrong with my back.
00:39:42And like, I feel like I'm being choked and I said that I can't eat anything.
00:39:46And I also developed this other feeling where I feel like my, all my nails and my teeth are being
00:39:53ripped off of me constantly.
00:39:58Sorry. This is another description, almost like as if you're being assaulted. Yes.
00:40:03And is this still going on? Yes.
00:40:07Are you feeling that way right now? Yes.
00:40:13I'm going to look at your medication.
00:40:15So you're on a lot of medication right now to also part to mitigate pain.
00:40:20Yeah.
00:40:21What's your, what's your pain like right now?
00:40:24Um, probably about an eight or a nine because I drove in yesterday.
00:40:34So that little clip, we just saw that.
00:40:37That's what we heard over and over again on the bus with the COVID shots.
00:40:41That's, that could be a Gardasil reaction as well.
00:40:43Every Gardasil story that we did had the same thing of the burning of the skin,
00:40:47feeling that they're being stabbed saying whatever that is.
00:40:50I don't know what it is.
00:40:51It's causing that, but we hear that over and it's so awful.
00:40:55These people's lives were normal before and now they live in constant pain on medication.
00:41:02The enormity of what we've done is there are no words for it.
00:41:08No. And, you know,
00:41:10she was really clear that she was in absolute pain and we had several witnesses
00:41:16there that, um, you know,
00:41:18made it clear that,
00:41:20that they were in intense pain while they were sitting there testifying.
00:41:25Um, some of them,
00:41:27we had to schedule for them to come days earlier because they couldn't travel and
00:41:33then actually be physically willing or able,
00:41:36not willing, able to testify the next day.
00:41:39And then afterwards, you know,
00:41:42we got report after report after report,
00:41:44how people were just bed,
00:41:46some of them bedridden for weeks because it was such a thing.
00:41:50But what was interesting is that despite the physical cost,
00:41:56despite the emotional cost,
00:41:58they were desperate.
00:41:59They were desperate to testify.
00:42:02You know,
00:42:03we award,
00:42:04they should get an award for doing.
00:42:06Oh, they should like,
00:42:08and you know,
00:42:08another thing,
00:42:09and this was very stressful for us on our end,
00:42:11this wasn't a government inquiry.
00:42:13Like we are on parliament Hill.
00:42:15We did get to use a committee room because,
00:42:17you know,
00:42:18an MP was chairing it,
00:42:20but we had to have our,
00:42:22you know,
00:42:22AV own AV team.
00:42:24And we had to,
00:42:24you know,
00:42:26there's,
00:42:27there's expenses to setting this up.
00:42:29Like all of us,
00:42:29myself included,
00:42:30we are volunteers.
00:42:31We just,
00:42:32okay,
00:42:32we're not working for four months.
00:42:33We're just volunteering here.
00:42:35But there was still a whole bunch of expenses.
00:42:37Well,
00:42:38I was expecting the public would step up and,
00:42:41you know,
00:42:42donate so that we could pay for everyone's travel,
00:42:44like the witnesses travel.
00:42:46But when we got down to,
00:42:49okay,
00:42:49we now need to start selecting witnesses.
00:42:51The team's funneled down.
00:42:53I've got to start calling them.
00:42:54We didn't have the funds to pay for their travel.
00:42:57And I'm expecting,
00:42:59because most of them are destroyed financially.
00:43:01Like almost all of these people are destroyed financially.
00:43:05I was embarrassed.
00:43:06I have to say,
00:43:07I was angry at God.
00:43:08I didn't understand he wanted to write a different story.
00:43:13So I had to,
00:43:14you know,
00:43:15right out of the gate,
00:43:16say,
00:43:16well,
00:43:16like before we even go far in the interview,
00:43:18like,
00:43:18can you cover your own travel expenses?
00:43:21And I'm expecting,
00:43:22you know,
00:43:2290% of them to say no.
00:43:24I think we only had like one or two that said,
00:43:29I won't find a way.
00:43:31And so we've subsequently now been able to reimburse them for their travel expenses.
00:43:37Like we got,
00:43:38you know,
00:43:39we're still,
00:43:40we're still in a hard place.
00:43:42So if anyone wants to go to allisoninquiry.com and donate,
00:43:45please do,
00:43:45because we need to be pushing the testimony out.
00:43:47And again,
00:43:48we're volunteers,
00:43:48but these people were finding their own way to get there at great physical and emotional cost,
00:43:58because they were desperate to be able to share their stories publicly in a formal way.
00:44:06And so many of them,
00:44:08like literally they were spiritually lighter when they finished.
00:44:13And we're just getting so many thank yous and so much gratitude because they,
00:44:19they were heard,
00:44:20they were given a voice.
00:44:21And as human beings,
00:44:23we have to be heard.
00:44:25We have to be acknowledged.
00:44:27We,
00:44:28you know,
00:44:28our stories have to be validated or we,
00:44:31we don't feel like we're part of the group.
00:44:35And,
00:44:35um,
00:44:36so it was so honoring for everyone involved to be able to do that.
00:44:41But I mean,
00:44:41it's a real story and I think it's a stronger story.
00:44:44So I thank God that he,
00:44:46he planned it that way that we were able to reimburse them at the end,
00:44:49but it showed their commitment to be there that they had,
00:44:53like some of them did group crowdfunding and,
00:44:56and the like,
00:44:57it was the only way they could get there.
00:44:59Um,
00:45:00one of them,
00:45:00Michael Osh,
00:45:01who is,
00:45:02you know,
00:45:02quadriplegic,
00:45:03like he can move his hand a little bit so he can,
00:45:05you know,
00:45:06steer his wheelchair with the joystick.
00:45:09Um,
00:45:10he did crowdfunding,
00:45:11and actually got like a wheelchair bus and then offered that to,
00:45:17you know,
00:45:18anyone else.
00:45:18So he actually ended up,
00:45:20you know,
00:45:21transporting some of the people around.
00:45:23It was just wonderful how they cared for each other and also came together as a
00:45:27community.
00:45:28Like one thing we learned is,
00:45:29and thank you for children health defense is these people need a community.
00:45:34Yeah,
00:45:35that's Michael there,
00:45:36just a precious soul.
00:45:37And I,
00:45:37I invite everyone to,
00:45:40to watch his testimony.
00:45:42Like you'll just be shocked by what he has to say.
00:45:46Sean,
00:45:47one of the things that I realized is that the people who tell our stories also,
00:45:53one of the big things is that they don't want this to happen to anyone else,
00:45:56even their worst enemies.
00:45:57Nobody wants this pain inflicted on,
00:46:01on children or adults or anybody.
00:46:03It's so painful mentally,
00:46:06physically,
00:46:07that,
00:46:07that the way to,
00:46:08to help is to speak out and warn the people,
00:46:11whether they listen or not is another situation.
00:46:13But that's why I think most of us speak out about what happened is,
00:46:17please listen to us.
00:46:19We,
00:46:19we've been there.
00:46:20We are the scientific study.
00:46:21We took the shots and this is the consequence.
00:46:25So I do just,
00:46:26Oh,
00:46:26sorry,
00:46:27carry on.
00:46:27Well,
00:46:28one of the nice things about the Alison inquiry is it's so very neutral and it's so very formal and
00:46:34it's so very professional that you can get anyone to watch it.
00:46:38And I mean,
00:46:39it really is just vaccine injured.
00:46:41Like we did have experts like Senator Ron Johnson and like,
00:46:45but it's mainly vaccine injured persons telling their story under oath in a really formal way.
00:46:51So if you have people that,
00:46:53you know,
00:46:54you just can't,
00:46:55you can't break through on this.
00:46:57If you can somehow get them watching this,
00:46:59it will change them.
00:47:01And you know,
00:47:02I like when I go to my tire shop,
00:47:04they got like CNN on like,
00:47:05no,
00:47:06put the Alison inquiry on like there's four days there.
00:47:09Just rotate through.
00:47:10You will change lives.
00:47:11Like this,
00:47:13this is a formal government inquiry,
00:47:16but it's not a government inquiry,
00:47:17but it still looks like one that it gives it credibility.
00:47:22And because we have a responsibility to start this conversation.
00:47:27And what we set out to do with the Alison inquiry was in Canada,
00:47:31make it so that we can no longer deny that this COVID-19 vaccine caused injuries.
00:47:36And I think we've succeeded.
00:47:38Like we,
00:47:39we had so much coverage and we still have so much coverage.
00:47:43Like it's still growing that the mainstream media had to report on us because they would lose credibility.
00:47:51Otherwise,
00:47:51no,
00:47:51that included some hit pieces,
00:47:53but even in the hit pieces,
00:47:55they're talking about an inquiry into COVID-19 vaccine injuries.
00:48:01And that in itself is a new theme for people that,
00:48:05that watch the mainstream media,
00:48:08which is absolutely incredible in itself.
00:48:11But many of us have gotten discouraged because COVID started now five years ago,
00:48:18right?
00:48:19Six years ago.
00:48:22And why hasn't there been accountability?
00:48:25And why hasn't anything happened?
00:48:27And why are we still like in Canada,
00:48:29we're still injecting starting at six months with these COVID-19 vaccines.
00:48:33Like in my personal opinion,
00:48:34this is,
00:48:35this is a criminal offense.
00:48:37What's happening in Canada.
00:48:39Well,
00:48:40many have gotten frustrated.
00:48:42Like,
00:48:42why is this?
00:48:44And I think we need to understand information wars take time,
00:48:49but we are winning.
00:48:50It's not like,
00:48:52you know,
00:48:52people watching,
00:48:53you know,
00:48:54CHD TV,
00:48:55you know,
00:48:56some of them later on today are going to go,
00:48:58you know,
00:48:58I'm wrong.
00:48:58I think I'm going to go and get my shot.
00:49:00No,
00:49:01but,
00:49:01but the other side it's happening.
00:49:03Like there were so many injuries with these COVID-19 vaccines that it can't be hidden anymore.
00:49:10And like every time I turned around,
00:49:11somebody new around me has cancer,
00:49:13for example,
00:49:14and like people that shouldn't.
00:49:15And so the narrative is breaking.
00:49:19The narrative is breaking.
00:49:21And,
00:49:23and now is the time to start being bold.
00:49:27And people are open.
00:49:28Like,
00:49:29I think what happened is,
00:49:30is many of us got shocked.
00:49:31Like during COVID,
00:49:33you couldn't bring it up.
00:49:35You know,
00:49:36you'd be afraid to talk to people.
00:49:38They bite your heads off.
00:49:38And,
00:49:39and we got scared and we got nervous and we need to understand actually,
00:49:43these people need our help because the reality is,
00:49:47is they're,
00:49:47they're being misdiagnosed as long COVID or other things.
00:49:52And there are treatment modalities that can help.
00:49:55And if we could actually admit as a society,
00:49:59you know,
00:49:59in the very least,
00:50:00this was the worst public policy decision ever,
00:50:03but we turned our attention to it.
00:50:06I mean,
00:50:06we've got bright people.
00:50:08Like we,
00:50:09our medical profession is pretty bright.
00:50:11If we actually identified the problem and started working on it,
00:50:14can you imagine how many people could be helped?
00:50:18Could you imagine how many people who no longer can work could go back to work?
00:50:22Cause that's part of our identity too.
00:50:24Like we need to be participating.
00:50:26Can you imagine how many people who are,
00:50:27you know,
00:50:28just suffering terribly and their lives are unbearable who we could actually
00:50:32restore to quality of life.
00:50:35Like we could,
00:50:36this could be exciting.
00:50:38Like we could all of a sudden feel good about ourselves.
00:50:41We just have to admit we got it wrong.
00:50:44And I think we need to start thinking about what we need to do in a positive
00:50:48way and go,
00:50:49I got to get there.
00:50:51Like I got to get us there where we're all feeling good about the good we're
00:50:57doing,
00:50:57helping people instead of being so divided,
00:51:00we're afraid to talk about it.
00:51:02And my point is you can talk to anyone about it now.
00:51:05I mean,
00:51:05it's almost like Jesus.
00:51:06You can talk to anyone about Jesus now,
00:51:08like that barrier has been broken by COVID too.
00:51:11So things have changed.
00:51:14And,
00:51:15and I,
00:51:15I just encourage your audience to,
00:51:18to understand that you don't have to be afraid anymore and you would be
00:51:21surprised.
00:51:22And don't go after those people that you know you can't talk to.
00:51:25Just talk to the store clerk,
00:51:27talk to other people.
00:51:28You know,
00:51:28if you've got a little social media channel,
00:51:30start tagging CHD TV,
00:51:34start,
00:51:34you know,
00:51:35tagging,
00:51:35because you guys have all the Alison inquiry testimonies up,
00:51:39start tagging them.
00:51:39And again,
00:51:40if you've got a business,
00:51:41start running them,
00:51:42like start running other CHD TV stuff.
00:51:44Just figure out what can I do to start breaking that narrative?
00:51:49Cause it's tipping,
00:51:51but we need all hands on deck.
00:51:53And,
00:51:54you know,
00:51:54as afraid as you might be,
00:51:56you will be able to creatively come up with some ways to start sharing this
00:51:59stuff that,
00:52:01that doesn't frighten you,
00:52:02but it will make a difference if we all do it.
00:52:05Can we just quickly run Nicole's?
00:52:08I don't want to miss Nicole out.
00:52:09Oh yeah.
00:52:10There's a couple that we don't want to miss.
00:52:11Yeah.
00:52:12Let's run Nicole's clip.
00:52:14My children have grown up with a sticky note.
00:52:17My son,
00:52:17my little one was six.
00:52:18We've had a sticky note on our fridge and I was speaking with him before I
00:52:23came here and asking him how this has affected him.
00:52:26He's like,
00:52:27all I know is I go to that sticky note.
00:52:29If mom goes down,
00:52:30I call nine one one and I tell them it's a brain aneurysm.
00:52:32Hurry up.
00:52:33Because if you take too long,
00:52:35she will be dead.
00:52:37And that is the reality of how my children have grown up in these last five
00:52:43years.
00:52:46David,
00:52:46I think we do have some slides on this.
00:52:49Oh,
00:52:49I thought I'd asked you about that.
00:52:51Well,
00:52:51that's,
00:52:51that's okay.
00:52:54What's been the most difficult part about this?
00:52:58My mental health.
00:53:03Yeah.
00:53:04My mental,
00:53:04my mental health.
00:53:05I've made a conscious decision.
00:53:08I'm not angry anymore.
00:53:10Because if I'm angry,
00:53:12it just adds stress.
00:53:14And that's going to take away the joy that I have with my children.
00:53:18I try and hang on to every moment,
00:53:21every day.
00:53:23My mental health.
00:53:25The financial insecurity.
00:53:27There's no stability.
00:53:29The denials,
00:53:30the gaslighting,
00:53:31the way I've been spoken to.
00:53:36Yeah.
00:53:36And just not knowing where the next dollar is going to come from.
00:53:41You know,
00:53:41there's been times where I've only had money to feed my children.
00:53:45I don't eat.
00:53:47You know,
00:53:49it's awful.
00:53:50You know,
00:53:51I,
00:53:52I've been working since I'm 12.
00:53:54I'm a hard worker.
00:53:55You take somebody's health away and they can't go to work.
00:53:58And I've always been the breadwinner and I'm okay with that.
00:54:05That's shocking.
00:54:06I mean,
00:54:07can I,
00:54:07can I fill in a bit of the story there?
00:54:09So she has this,
00:54:10you know,
00:54:11the COVID-19 vaccine caused brain aneurysm and they,
00:54:14you know,
00:54:14put stuff around it.
00:54:16And,
00:54:16but then it bulged out again and they can't go in and do it again.
00:54:19And so they've let her know like any,
00:54:22any minute it can just burst and you're done.
00:54:24Like you're,
00:54:25you're dead.
00:54:26Well,
00:54:26she's got two teenage boys.
00:54:28She has no resources.
00:54:29There's no family to step in.
00:54:31The fathers of the sons are both deceased.
00:54:34And so the one,
00:54:36the older teenage boy has agreed to care for it.
00:54:40He's younger brother.
00:54:43Yeah.
00:54:44And that's what tears her apart is that,
00:54:48you know,
00:54:49just today she could,
00:54:50it could just be over and there's no parent for her children.
00:54:56All because she did as she was told and took the shot for the greater good or
00:55:00whatever it was,
00:55:01the narrative was.
00:55:03Yeah.
00:55:03And,
00:55:03and,
00:55:04you know,
00:55:04and she's left alone with,
00:55:07you know,
00:55:07no financial support and no,
00:55:09no real medical support and treated as a leper by the system.
00:55:13I mean,
00:55:13you could see the pain in her face.
00:55:15Yeah.
00:55:15Awful.
00:55:17Sean,
00:55:17I have a question for you.
00:55:19So when we set out on the bus to record COVID vaccine injury stories,
00:55:25we got them,
00:55:26but we also got a lot of what we not,
00:55:28we were not prepared for this hospital protocol murders,
00:55:32as they called them.
00:55:33Did you get approached by the same crowd that went to hospital,
00:55:37the unvaccinated and claim they were killed in hospital?
00:55:41Did you get,
00:55:41did you get them coming to you asking for help?
00:55:44Yeah.
00:55:45So we got,
00:55:45we got that at both the NCI and we also got some of that at the Alison inquiry
00:55:51because people who,
00:55:54you know,
00:55:54were survivors were invited to apply to share the story of,
00:55:59of people that died.
00:56:00So in the exact same thing happened here is,
00:56:04you know,
00:56:04so we got remdesivir,
00:56:06you know,
00:56:06approved under this emergency protocol and,
00:56:11you know,
00:56:11going to the hospital was literally a death sentence in Canada.
00:56:15Right.
00:56:16So,
00:56:16I mean,
00:56:17and it,
00:56:18isn't it interesting?
00:56:19Like,
00:56:19I mean,
00:56:20I,
00:56:20to this day now don't want to go to the hospital.
00:56:23Right.
00:56:24If I had all can avoid it because I,
00:56:27I no longer trust them at all.
00:56:29And then if you're not,
00:56:30vaccinated in Canada,
00:56:32like,
00:56:32I mean,
00:56:32if you're not watching,
00:56:33they're going to vaccinate you without your permission.
00:56:35I fear they killed more worldwide of the unvaccinated than they did,
00:56:41even from the COVID shot.
00:56:42I,
00:56:43we were bombarded on the bus.
00:56:45It was something that we never expected.
00:56:48And we had more of that than we did of the COVID shot injury and death again.
00:56:54And we're still getting them coming in and please viewers do keep them coming in.
00:56:57And I think we're,
00:56:58we're uncovering collectively something that was nothing short of mass murder,
00:57:05manslaughter,
00:57:05whatever you want to call it.
00:57:06I know I'm not allowed to use those words,
00:57:07but these are the words of the people that come to us and tell them there is something very,
00:57:12very sinister that went on during COVID.
00:57:14And instead,
00:57:15indeed,
00:57:15it's still happening,
00:57:17isn't it?
00:57:17Yeah,
00:57:17it's still happening now.
00:57:18But we,
00:57:18but the people uncovered it during COVID and you're right,
00:57:23Sean,
00:57:23who wants to go to hospital?
00:57:24Isn't that sad?
00:57:26Well,
00:57:27I mean,
00:57:27it's,
00:57:27it's,
00:57:28it's been exposed.
00:57:29So,
00:57:30I mean,
00:57:30I think the reality,
00:57:31like I mean,
00:57:32I practiced health law for 32 years and,
00:57:35you know,
00:57:35long ago I learned if you've got to go to the hospital or take a family member to the hospital,
00:57:40like put on your gold watch and your,
00:57:42you have to appear like you have wealth in the socialist system that we have.
00:57:46Because if you're,
00:57:48you know,
00:57:49an untouchable,
00:57:51a certain percentage of you will just get killed by the system as,
00:57:55as a kind of calling.
00:57:56That's what I came to believe.
00:57:58So I,
00:57:59you know,
00:57:59my advice in a socialist country like Canada is always appear like you're,
00:58:04you're part of the upper class when you have to engage the medical system.
00:58:09And,
00:58:10you know,
00:58:11I don't know if that's good advice in the United States or not,
00:58:14but,
00:58:16you know,
00:58:17this remdesivir and this,
00:58:18these protocols where they'd literally,
00:58:21they throw in ventilators without your consent,
00:58:23you know,
00:58:24so basically put you in that distress and then they kill you.
00:58:27And it is very possible that,
00:58:31that they just needed higher numbers.
00:58:34Like,
00:58:34cause remember the fear that they were,
00:58:36they were stoking like about,
00:58:39I don't know,
00:58:40three or four weeks in my wife and I had to just stop watching mainstream media.
00:58:45Because we were just in this constant state of fear.
00:58:49And I think it took,
00:58:50you know,
00:58:50a good month to come down.
00:58:52And I was watching Dell big tree,
00:58:54maybe,
00:58:55you know,
00:58:55a year,
00:58:55year and a half ago when the monkeypox was going on.
00:58:58And they had put together clips of the mainstream media.
00:59:01So maybe about two minutes.
00:59:02And I watched that and I found I was in fear again.
00:59:05Like they're so good,
00:59:07you know,
00:59:07with the bells and whistles and flashes and of putting us into fear.
00:59:12I,
00:59:12you know,
00:59:12I would like to see the mainstream media held to account because we're in an
00:59:16information war where people are being killed with medical protocols and the
00:59:20weapons,
00:59:21you know,
00:59:21the big guns firing at us are actually the mainstream media.
00:59:24I believe people died from fear too.
00:59:27So it's very important that you not live in fear.
00:59:31That's right.
00:59:32Well,
00:59:32look,
00:59:33this is a fascinating program.
00:59:34Sean,
00:59:35you're,
00:59:35you and your team,
00:59:36and they've got an amazing wife,
00:59:38Teresa as well.
00:59:39You and your team are truly,
00:59:41we're so grateful to you for all that you're doing and raising the alarm and
00:59:45giving people a voice as well.
00:59:47How can we,
00:59:48the people get involved?
00:59:49You,
00:59:49you've mentioned that we can donate if we can at alzacquiry.com.
00:59:53What else can we do?
00:59:54Well,
00:59:55and then,
00:59:55I mean,
00:59:57CHDTV has posted all of the testimony.
01:00:00So start sharing that out and putting that out.
01:00:03And thank you for mentioning my wife,
01:00:04Teresa.
01:00:05She was the main organizer,
01:00:06but she's behind the scenes.
01:00:07And I do like her.
01:00:09She did more than anyone else.
01:00:11And it couldn't have happened without that.
01:00:13And all the vaccine injured.
01:00:15No,
01:00:15but yeah.
01:00:16And you can go to alzacquiry.com and donate.
01:00:19We actually are in one of those situations where we do need some donations
01:00:22again.
01:00:23So thanks for,
01:00:25and then also we're going to be holding some town halls.
01:00:28It's interesting.
01:00:29MPs could not talk about this before.
01:00:31Like Teresa and I are meeting with MPs and,
01:00:34and everyone's saying,
01:00:37no,
01:00:37it's not,
01:00:38excuse me,
01:00:39it's not possible that I can sit on this panel.
01:00:43But by the time the inquiry hit,
01:00:45I mean,
01:00:45I think we had 10 MPs sitting and many of them for several days and starting this dialogue.
01:00:51And now another MP who said,
01:00:54no,
01:00:54I won't sit on that is holding a town hall in his riding to listen to COVID-19 vaccine injured
01:01:00persons.
01:01:01Well,
01:01:02that is a breakthrough.
01:01:03And another MP has a couple of other MPs have approached MP Dean Allison and expressed interest in doing something
01:01:10similar.
01:01:11So God can speak.
01:01:14He can break the narrative.
01:01:16And,
01:01:17you know,
01:01:18thank goodness what you guys are doing.
01:01:20And it is making a difference.
01:01:22And I just want to encourage everyone to understand it's making a difference.
01:01:26These things take time,
01:01:27but the truth doesn't like being held down forever.
01:01:33Amen to that.
01:01:34So on that note to our viewers,
01:01:36pray big,
01:01:37stand firm and never settle.
01:01:39And we will be back with Financial Rebellion next week.
01:01:41And I will be back with Gary Nell tomorrow on Good Morning CHG TV.
01:01:45Thank you,
01:01:45Sean and Carolyn,
01:01:46as always.
01:01:48Thanks for having me.
01:02:04Okay,
01:02:05we are live now.
01:02:06So tell everyone your name.
01:02:07Oh,
01:02:07you're very proud of your new t-shirt.
01:02:09You like it?
01:02:09I am.
01:02:10Yes.
01:02:11Okay.
01:02:11What's your name?
01:02:12My name is Willard Hall.
01:02:14And what,
01:02:15who's this story about?
01:02:16This is a story about an old teacher,
01:02:21a colleague,
01:02:22and friend named John Barker.
01:02:28And there are a lot of threads really that are coming together at this moment in this story.
01:02:38But he was for a lot of students more than just a teacher.
01:02:43He was a mentor.
01:02:44And many of us kept in touch with him over the years,
01:02:50would visit him once or twice a year.
01:02:52Those who lived in the city would visit him all the time.
01:02:55And as he got into his later years,
01:03:01he really needed to go into a nursing home.
01:03:05So he was a veteran.
01:03:08He had fallen in his apartment and couldn't get up.
01:03:12And someone discovered him there,
01:03:14a former student.
01:03:15And he was admitted to a veteran's hospital in Manhattan.
01:03:23This was in March of 2016.
01:03:27So by 2018,
01:03:32we were able to get him into a private nursing home in Queens,
01:03:38mostly veterans.
01:03:42And just some background on John Barker.
01:03:48He was a Korean War veteran.
01:03:53But he was also a dancer in the early days of dance in New York City.
01:04:01So at that time,
01:04:03you know,
01:04:04he witnessed dancers like Yuskiewicz and Rudolf Nureyev
01:04:08coming into the city
01:04:10and getting lead roles,
01:04:13becoming, you know,
01:04:15really celebrity dancers,
01:04:18movie roles with Fred Astaire.
01:04:21That was Yuskiewicz.
01:04:23You know,
01:04:25within months of coming to this country.
01:04:28And he was in the same ballet lesson
01:04:31with Rudolf Nureyev at American Ballet Theater.
01:04:34And, you know,
01:04:35Nureyev would jump up in the air
01:04:36and just stay there, right?
01:04:38So he wanted to be able to do that as a dancer.
01:04:42And then later as a teacher,
01:04:43he wanted to know how to teach students to do that.
01:04:49So in the early 1970s,
01:04:52under this umbrella of detente and de-escalation
01:04:57that was the result of JFK
01:05:00and the premier Khrushchev talking on the phone
01:05:05and deciding they had a better idea
01:05:08and to discount the advice of their generals,
01:05:12this really created,
01:05:14I see this now,
01:05:16a golden age of educational and cultural exchange
01:05:21between the United States
01:05:23and what was then still the Soviet Union.
01:05:25So John Barker was the first Westerner
01:05:30to have taught in a Soviet choreographic school.
01:05:34And he developed a relationship
01:05:38with all of the retired teachers
01:05:41of the choreographic school
01:05:43who had time to meet with him
01:05:45and had an interest in answering his questions
01:05:47about teaching method and so forth.
01:05:52So fast forward to 2019.
01:06:00Many of us would visit him once or twice a year.
01:06:04We would send him Christmas cards or birthday cards.
01:06:08And those who live in the city
01:06:10always looked in on him,
01:06:12particularly when he was getting older.
01:06:18So in March of 2020,
01:06:24Governor Cuomo gave the state order
01:06:28that COVID patients should be located into nursing homes
01:06:32without any protocol for the nursing homes,
01:06:35any separation from the patients in the nursing home
01:06:39or any treatment.
01:06:42So a week later,
01:06:46my teacher, John Barker,
01:06:48was complaining of shortness of breath.
01:06:52So
01:06:58they sent him
01:07:00to the Long Island Medical Center,
01:07:04which was probably a trailer
01:07:06behind the hospital.
01:07:09And
01:07:17the nurse
01:07:18contacted the health proxy,
01:07:20which was another colleague
01:07:23who was also a power of attorney
01:07:25at that point,
01:07:26like myself
01:07:27and
01:07:30another former student,
01:07:33and
01:07:34said
01:07:38he would be in pain
01:07:39that he should be sedated.
01:07:42So
01:07:45this other power of attorney
01:07:47texted me
01:07:48at 10 o'clock at night
01:07:49saying,
01:07:50the nurse says
01:07:51he should be sedated.
01:07:54Well,
01:07:54what we now
01:07:55know now
01:07:56is that sedation
01:07:57is a respiratory suppressant.
01:08:00So then
01:08:01that
01:08:01creates a condition
01:08:03whereby
01:08:04they would put you on
01:08:05a respirator.
01:08:08I don't know
01:08:09that they did that.
01:08:14part of my goal
01:08:16is to
01:08:17access his medical records,
01:08:20which is my larger project here.
01:08:23But
01:08:25in eight hours,
01:08:26he was dead.
01:08:30Let me try to check.
01:08:47I had set up
01:08:52an irrevocable living trust
01:08:55just on my own,
01:08:56doing my own research
01:08:57and
01:08:58so forth.
01:09:02But
01:09:03he
01:09:04has an estate
01:09:05of
01:09:07copyrights
01:09:08and unpublished manuscripts
01:09:10and letters
01:09:12with these Soviet teachers
01:09:13over a 30-year period.
01:09:19And
01:09:21so I need
01:09:22I need
01:09:23and I
01:09:24set up
01:09:24a trust fund,
01:09:27a private
01:09:28foundation
01:09:30that's been recognized
01:09:31by
01:09:31the IRS.
01:09:33You know,
01:09:34I had already been paying
01:09:34taxes
01:09:35on the private foundation.
01:09:37So
01:09:38now that he's dead,
01:09:40I need
01:09:40I need to have a job.
01:09:43I need to have a lawyer
01:09:44to look over my paperwork
01:09:46and
01:09:47to have a Queens
01:09:48trust fund
01:09:52judge
01:09:54assign a number
01:09:56to each one of these
01:09:58assets
01:09:59that are listed
01:10:00on the irrevocable living trust.
01:10:03So
01:10:04this is just part
01:10:06of an ongoing
01:10:09educational
01:10:10cultural exchange,
01:10:12which has been
01:10:13a big part
01:10:13of my life
01:10:14and the life
01:10:15of my teacher
01:10:16and
01:10:16all of the
01:10:18students
01:10:18that have studied
01:10:20with him
01:10:21since
01:10:23the early 1970s.
01:10:26Well,
01:10:26we need to put
01:10:27his name
01:10:28on the bus.
01:10:29Yes.
01:10:30We do
01:10:30with
01:10:32what happened
01:10:33to him
01:10:34nursing home
01:10:35protocol.
01:10:36I'm sorry
01:10:37that happened
01:10:37to your friend.
01:10:38It was very sad.
01:10:39He sounds like
01:10:40a wonderful man.
01:10:42Well,
01:10:43you know,
01:10:43he was a mentor.
01:10:44He was more
01:10:45than just a teacher
01:10:46and all of us
01:10:48felt this way
01:10:50whether we
01:10:51became professional
01:10:52dancers or not.
01:10:53Some of us did,
01:10:54some of us didn't.
01:10:56But
01:10:59I've never
01:11:02really told
01:11:03this story.
01:11:04Thank you for telling it.
01:11:06It was important.
01:11:07This story's important.
01:11:14It's painful.
01:11:16All right,
01:11:17we're going to go
01:11:18and sign the bus.
