00:24To a Jack the Ripper tour in London, where we were convinced our guide was Jack the Ripper.
00:29There isn't a room you can't put her in, or a personality you can't put her in front of,
00:33or an impossible time crunch that she has to meet that she won't rise to the occasion
00:38and leave people feeling more confident than when she came.

00:52It is a community of talented artists and generous people that I'm very lucky to call friends.

01:07I feel so lucky to do what I do, to spend my days surrounded by such talented, creative people,

01:18Also to be recognized tonight for Men's Grooming, which I've been doing for over 20 years,
01:23when most people still don't know what Men's Grooming is.
01:26I think one of the best things about what we do is the people that we meet along the way.
01:31And when that person also respects what you do and making you feel like an equal,
01:36that's something really special.
01:39Adam, you've always made me feel like a part of the process, that my work matters,
01:44that my voice and my insights matter.
01:47I'll never forget during COVID, when everything felt so uncertain,
01:52you were one of the very few, you were the only, actually the only person,
01:56who reached out to me to make sure that I was okay.
01:59And I think that says so much about who you are.
