03:55times a day. That is not my plan. My plan is maximum spraying like only before sleeping,

04:08breathe properly,
04:09then I spray. So I want to use this as least as possible, but the same with this. I'm not
04:16a big fan
04:17of medicines and stuff. But if it helps, it helps. But I try to use it as little as possible.

04:29same with paracetamol, like the painkiller. I rarely use it. Actually only when I think, okay, my sleep is
04:39now more important than having pain. The last time I used it when I had the injection, then I used
