🚆 Derailed train back on track 💪🛤️

A container train has derailed near Kamalapur Railway Station in Dhaka, and a rescue operation is underway. 🚆

A crane has lifted the derailed wagon, while workers try to guide its wheels back onto the track. The effort is commendable, but the method is deeply unsafe. None of the workers wear helmets, gloves, or any protective gear, and one man can be seen pushing the wheels with his foot, just inches from a suspended load.

⚠️ A single slip, a snapped sling, or a sudden shift of the crane can cause a fatal crush injury in a moment. Rescue work needs courage, but it also needs proper safety.

✅ Always wear helmets, gloves, safety boots, and high-visibility vests.
✅ Keep workers clear of the area beneath and beside a lifted load.
✅ Use proper tools and trained crews for re-railing, never hands and feet.
✅ Follow a safety plan before every rescue operation.
