00:00U.S. President Donald Trump suggested Ukraine should appoint someone other than Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to negotiate with Russia.
00:07This comes amid growing tensions between the two after Zelensky accused the U.S. of halting intelligence sharing with Ukraine.
00:17Zelensky said it. Zelensky doesn't know what he's talking about.
00:21Zelensky is a man that should have had this war settled a long time ago.
00:25If he would have listened to me, he would have made a much better deal a long time ago.
00:29And he'd have a million people living from his side.
00:33And to be honest, I think it's time for somebody else to negotiate on behalf of Ukraine.
00:39Because what's happened, very little land has moved, but a million people, a tremendous number of people are dead.
00:47Trump also defended Russia's position on Ukraine, saying Moscow, in his words, been fined on Ukraine.
00:53He added Washington continues to share intelligence with Kiev and would consider allowing Ukrainians to remain in the U.S.
01:01under temporary protected status until the war ends.
01:05Zelensky earlier claimed that Ukraine had not received any advance warning on three separate attacks by the Russian military within
01:12the past week.
01:13He also questioned Washington's support as Pentagon delays missile deliveries needed for Ukraine to defend itself from Russian ballistic missiles.
01:22Zelensky is expected in Oslo for talks with U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and European leaders as Kiev seeks
01:29to repair strained ties with Washington.
