00:00Hallie, Barry, and Olivier Martinez faced off in court amid their ongoing custody battle over their 13-year-old son,
00:06Maceo.
00:07We've got more on the restraining order filing and the latest developments in their legal fight in today's Page Six
00:13headlines.
00:14Barry arrived at Los Angeles County Superior Court on October 19 alongside her fiancé, Van Hunt, while Martinez showed up
00:21with their son, Maceo.
00:23The former couple's court appearance comes after Martinez filed for a restraining order against Barry earlier this month as he
00:30fights for sole custody.
00:31He accused the actress of physically abusing their son, alleging that she jumped on Maceo and choked him during an
00:37incident in September.
00:39Once inside the courtroom, Barry reportedly glanced at Martinez before turning her attention back at her legal team.
00:45Next, Selena Gomez is opening up about how years of vaping nicotine have permanently affected her voice.
00:51The singer revealed the change in an Instagram Stories video on October 18, admitting that she vaped nicotine heavily and
00:59found it difficult to quit.
01:00And I think I just wanted to say, if you're going through it, or if you're even trying to vape,
01:06it's just not worth it.
01:09It's so stupid, and it's changed my voice.
01:13So if you guys don't like listening to my voice, that's totally understandable.
01:17I don't mind.
01:19Just don't listen to it.
01:21Just don't listen.
01:23But I am really excited because I stopped, and I just hope we can keep it up.
01:31It's really hard.
01:32But I know if you are going through something, you can get through it too.
01:37It sucks.
01:38The 34-year-old previously attributed her vocal changes to throat swelling in an Instagram Live in December 2025.
01:45Finally, Taylor Swift confronted a fan who continued filming her while she watched Travis Kelsey and the Kansas City Chiefs
01:51take on the Los Angeles Chargers.
01:53The pop star was watching the game from her VIP suite at Arrowhead Stadium when a woman approached and pointed
01:59her phone at Swift, despite being told by security to stop.
02:03Swift noticed the fan and gestured for her to stop recording and watch the game, prompting the woman to return
02:09to her seat.
02:09The interaction sparked backlash online with fans defending Swift and criticizing the woman for ignoring her boundaries.
02:16Swift had traveled to Kansas City after attending the 2026 Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
