01:03:54be the third enemy against whom we would be needing to build space-based weapons and the next enemy was
01:04:01asteroids now at this point he kind of chuckled the first time he said it asteroids against asteroids
01:04:08we're going to build space-based weapons so it was funny then and the funniest one of all was against
01:04:15what he called aliens extraterrestrials that would be the final card and over and over and over during
01:04:23the four years that i knew him and was giving his speeches for him he would bring up that last
01:04:30card and
01:04:30remember carol the last card is the alien card we're going to have to build space-based weapons
01:04:37against aliens and all of it he said is a lie i remember very clearly i think anybody who was
01:04:43alive
01:04:43at the time does i remember my parents waking me up and we went down and we watched you guys

01:04:49moon which was no i didn't what because uh there wasn't any television there wasn't anybody taking a
01:04:55picture you watched animation so you associated what you saw with i have very hazy
01:05:00memories well what we know what we saw was we all we all gathered around the old curvetop radio and
01:05:06listen talking about uh you know how many feet we're going to the left and right and then i said
01:05:11contact light engine stop there's a few other things and then neil said houston tranquility base the
01:05:19eagle has landed how about that that was very exciting not a bad line
