01:02The law is very clear. All the investment that we have subscribed, already 61 agreements and 44 negotiations,
01:14that has always been the participation of the national capital and the participation of the workers of Venezuela.
01:23These are agreements that will allow the investor to earn profit also.
01:33And I'm here with the vice president of Digital Governance and the president of Pedevesa.
01:39I have to say it, the flexibility in this investment in a decade, in the immediate,
01:48in five years, we will have created more than 300,000 employees, employment, more than 300 jobs.

03:00And I talked directly to Zulia, the recovery of the hydrocarbon industry in Zulia.
03:08We were coming from a production of about 70,000 barrels per day,
03:14and we are more than 170,000 barrels per day.
03:19This is an alliance of a bi-national enterprise.
03:30And that production is going to the benefit of our people.
03:35And that production could be translated in services, in remuneration, in health, in food production.
03:43By the Zulia state, this year, will close with more than 400,000 barrels per day of production.
03:54And the next year, we'll become an LGP energy producer.
04:01We are going to produce gas in order to guarantee the domestic life of the country.
04:09We are talking about the residential life, commercial life, but also to export the gas molecule of Venezuela.
04:19And I have to say, I see an extraordinary perspective.
04:24I know that it's a complexity with the electric system, because I'm every day with the ministers.
04:31But all these agreements contemplate the outer generation of these fuels,
04:37so that the rest of the electric service will be guaranteed for the state and the country.
04:46So that's why I congratulate you.
04:49There are very big investments coming for our country.
04:54We are talking about that in five years, that in five years, it's going to be about more than 76
05:02billion dollars.
05:04And that will be in direct benefit for our country.
05:07This is the alliance win-win, because our partner will also be favored.
05:12But we want to highlight also that the binational agreement, that is a historical agreement,
05:22that 17 fields that were agreed upon, how this agreement that was created has been made,
05:34thinking on the future and trying to give hope to our country,
05:38thinking about the children of our country, and that this will be translated in complete happiness
05:46and all the Venezuelans.
05:48That's why I congratulate you for all the organized organization and you count with all our support.
05:57We are going to keep a technical table between the national government, the industry and the investors
06:04with the petroleum chambers, so that we can continue guaranteeing the job creation that the national providers have a space.
06:20Each contract will demand where is the national provider, where is the Venezuela.
