WATCH: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. vowed to strengthen the capabilities and operational readiness of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) as it faces increasingly complex maritime challenges.  Speaking at the PCG’s 125th founding anniversary at the Eva Macapagal Super Terminal in Manila on Friday, Oct. 16, Marcos stressed the importance of capable personnel, sound leadership, and sustained commitment to public service in preparing the agency for future challenges.
