HALLOWEEN (1978) IN FIVE MINUTES — THE ORIGINAL MICHAEL MYERS.

John Carpenter's classic slasher gets the 5 Minute Drive-In treatment. Jamie Lee Curtis stars as Laurie Strode, the babysitter who discovers that Michael Myers has returned home with absolutely no intention of respecting neighborhood property values.

Donald Pleasence plays Dr. Loomis, who spends the movie warning people that his escaped patient is pure evil. Nobody listens until Haddonfield becomes the least desirable place to spend October 31st.

Personally edited by me. NO AI movie editing.

I also have to remove much of the original music because of copyright concerns. Some familiar music is missing, but the scares, important scenes, and story remain.

For Michael Myers fans, John Carpenter followers, Jamie Lee Curtis fans, classic horror viewers, 70s slashers, Friday the 13th and Scream audiences, VHS collectors, drive-in fans, grindhouse enthusiasts, Joe Bob Briggs, Elvira, Creature Features, MST3K, RiffTrax, and bad-movie podcast listeners.

Spoilers and horror violence ahead.

FIVE FUN FACTS:
1. Myers' mask began as a Captain Kirk mask.
2. The filmmakers used California locations to stand in for Illinois.
3. John Carpenter composed the famous theme.
4. The Thing from Another World plays on television.
5. Jamie Lee Curtis is Psycho star Janet Leigh's daughter.

Sorry for the trivia, but it adds historical context and commentary. Some great scenes and much of the music had to be left out. Five minutes can't contain every suspicious hedge.
