Ab dem 20. Okober 2026 geht es bei Netflix mit Cyberpunk Edgerunners weiter. Staffel 2 bringt einen komplett neuen Cast, der ein neues Abenteuer erlebt. Zeitlich bleibt es nah an den Ereignissen der Season 1, also kurz vor dem Jahr 2077, in dem das Spiel von CD Projekt Red angesiedelt ist.      Die Fans haben natürlich ihre Lektion gelernt und nehmen sich in den Kommentaren bei YouTube fest vor, sich nicht emotional an die Hauptfiguren zu binden. Schließlich gibt es keine Happy Endings in Night City.
