00:00Yeah, I think it was just the next step of our organization.
00:05You know, we had a lot of it, you know,
00:07obviously we were building through the draft,
00:09and those guys have grown.
00:10I think it shows great faith that we think these guys are ready for a jump,
00:14and we wanted to add some veterans who could, you know,
00:17help with that growth and help put people in positions to be successful
00:22and be in more competitive situations.
00:25I think that's what these guys have done.
00:27And, you know, obviously we're building our chemistry and what that works,
00:29and that's going to take some time, but I've liked the intent.
00:33I've liked how we've approached things, and that's how we're going to, you know,
00:36we're not going to put a ceiling on where we're going to go,
00:39but it's how we're going to get there is going to be the most important thing.
00:41And the intentionality of our group has been terrific.
00:44I've been really pleased with that.
