00:06like Excel do, but that's a nifty way to get around it.
00:10And here's how you do it.
00:11First, you're gonna go to extension and go to add script.
00:14It's gonna launch your app script editor,
00:15which I'm gonna park on the side here,
00:17and then paste this app script subroutine here.

00:25Now click on the save button
00:26and let's close this app script here.
00:28And when you get back to your Google Sheet,
00:30press F5 to refresh so that the app script can be applied.
00:34Now every time you put a check on a plus column,
00:35you can see that the target number increases accordingly.
00:38And likewise, if you put a check on a minus side,
00:40the number on the target start to decrease.
