00:36After that, some people started leaving negative reviews on the store's Google and Yip pages.
00:41Art of Play hasn't put out a formal statement, and it declined to comment when Page Six called.
00:47According to Us Weekly, the store did share an Instagram story with a customer review praising its staff, but that
00:53story was later deleted.
00:55So right now, all we really have is Clarkson's account of what happened in that store.
