My friend Keith Goeringer and I decided to do this 90 day challenge to get in shape and improve our health. We are going to keep you updated on things like how we workout, things we eat, recipes of some of our meals and also some family activities. Over the course of the 90 days we will also be sharing with you tools that we found that actually help us in our careers. This is not a SALES PAGE. This will be a glimpse into our lives so you guys can get to know us better and hopefully we can help you with your journey to accomplish your goals as well. I became really inspired by my friend's book, "THINK GREAT" by Erik Therwanger. He has an amazing story and we talked about me starting this 90 day run based on some of the priciples in his book. We will start this challenge on January 2, 2010 and it will run until April 1st. Good luck to you and I hope you reach all of your goals!!!!!
