00:01:00Don't tell me I got reborn just to become dog food
00:01:10Werewolves?
00:01:12Someone abandoned her
00:01:15She's one of us
00:01:17Too young to shift
00:01:24She's just a pup
00:01:28We're not leaving her out here alone
00:01:29Dad, Stormplen is waiting for its alpha
00:01:35Stormfenn?
00:01:38Marcus Hawthorne
00:01:39The Stormfenn alpha?
00:01:41No way!
00:01:42I'm in the book!
00:01:44Marcus and Ethan find abandoned baby right on Stormfenn's border
00:01:49Dad
00:01:50Did you hear it?
00:01:52Serena realizes the abandoned baby has huge fortune
00:01:56Takes her in and drains her dry
00:02:00How does she know Serena's name?
00:02:03It sounds like her thoughts
00:02:05We watch her
00:02:06We don't assume anything else yet
00:02:11Oh God
00:02:12That baby is me?
00:02:13Three cannon fooders?
00:02:15Together?
00:02:16I'm not going!
00:02:21Prepare a warm room
00:02:23And find the doctor
00:02:35It really is them
00:02:37And the Hawthorne brothers have it just as bad
00:02:40They treat Serena like family
00:02:43Only for her to get them all killed
00:02:49They don't even know who I am
00:02:52And they still saved me
00:02:54Then this time
00:02:55I won't let Serena kill this family
00:02:58Marcus?
00:03:04Serena?
00:03:13Serena
00:03:14Serena
00:03:14That baby
00:03:16Her fortune is enormous
00:03:19If you can get some of it
00:03:22Who is this child?
00:03:29Who is this child?
00:03:33We found her on the north border
00:03:35Alone
00:03:35That fortune takes some
00:03:38She must be freezing
00:03:39Let me hold her
00:03:43No
00:03:43Serena
00:03:44She's the one
00:03:46Who destroys this whole family
00:03:48Now
00:03:53She's taking my fortune
00:03:55Get me away from her
00:03:56If she keeps going
00:03:57My nose will start bleeding
00:03:59Serena
00:04:03What?
00:04:08Dad
00:04:08Get the doctor
00:04:10Hey
00:04:14I told you
00:04:15I said I'd bleed
00:04:18Why are you looking at me like that?
00:04:20She spent who knows how long outside in the cold
00:04:23She was already weak
00:04:24You don't really think
00:04:25I made a baby bleed just by holding her?
00:04:46Her pulse is weak
00:04:47She's exhausted
00:04:48And cold
00:04:49See?
00:04:51She was already in bad shape
00:04:52She knew it was going to happen
00:04:57What are you talking about?
00:05:01Nothing
00:05:02We got it
00:05:10Keep her warm tonight
00:05:11No more passing her around
00:05:13Of course
00:05:14I just hope Ethan doesn't seriously misunderstand what happened
00:05:23What happened here?
00:05:26The baby started bleeding
00:05:30While I was holding her
00:05:31Now Ethan looks at me like
00:05:34I did something to her
00:05:36Seriously?
00:05:38You weren't here
00:05:39I don't need to be here to know Serena wouldn't hurt a baby
00:05:46Ryan Hawthorne
00:05:48Of course he believes her
00:05:51He trusts Serena right up until she gets him killed
00:05:57Whatever that was
00:05:59Serena would never hurt a baby
00:06:01Why is he staring at me?
00:06:10What?
00:06:11Forget it
00:06:12I haven't fed my falcon yet today
00:06:14I'll do it
00:06:15You just got back
00:06:16You don't have to
00:06:17It's fine
00:06:18She knows me
00:06:19Thanks
00:06:29Wait
00:06:31Ryan's falcon
00:06:33No
00:06:34Serena's going to kill it
00:06:36And take its fortune
00:06:37If we don't go now
00:06:39It dies
00:06:43I changed my mind
00:06:45I'm going to check on her
00:06:46I'll come with you
00:06:52Come on
00:06:53Please still be alive
00:07:12No
00:07:17We made it
00:07:19She hasn't drained it dry yet
00:07:21She hasn't drained it dry yet
00:07:22Ryan I came to feed her
00:07:24She was already bleeding when I got here
00:07:27Someone cut her
00:07:31Who would do this?
00:07:32Serena did
00:07:33She hurt it first
00:07:35She hurt it first
00:07:35Then drained its fortune
00:07:39Who's been in here today?
00:07:41No one else that I saw, sir
00:07:43Serena is the only person I saw come in
00:07:48Because I came to feed her, you know that
00:07:50Don't believe her
00:07:51It was Serena
00:07:53The servant saw Serena come in
00:07:56This isn't proof
00:08:01You tell dad everything
00:08:03I want to know who did this
00:08:10Tell me what happened
00:08:13I got there and my falcon was bleeding
00:08:16Serena was already trying to help her
00:08:18I went to feed her
00:08:19She was already hurt when I got there
00:08:22The wound was made by a blade
00:08:24Anyone else there?
00:08:26The servant only saw Serena enter today
00:08:29Because I told Ryan I'd feed her
00:08:32I didn't hurt her
00:08:34We don't know who did
00:08:36Liar
00:08:37You went there to kill it and take its fortune
00:08:44Serena, look at me
00:08:46No one here is accusing you
00:08:48We don't know what happened
00:08:50We'll find out
00:08:51Until then, no one jumps to conclusions
00:08:55Okay
00:08:56She stays here
00:08:58Until we know where she came from
00:09:00She's under my protection
00:09:02I'm staying
00:09:04Then let me help take care of her
00:09:08No, don't leave me alone with her
00:09:09That's how it starts
00:09:11Everyone trusts her
00:09:12So no one worries about leaving me with her
00:09:14Then she waits until no one's around
00:09:16She starves me
00:09:18Locks me away
00:09:19Hurts me where no one can see
00:09:23She's scared of you
00:09:24Don't force it
00:09:27Why would she be afraid of me?
00:09:28I don't know
00:09:30Yesterday she bled in your arms
00:09:32Today the falcon was cut
00:09:33And the servant only saw you go in
00:09:34Maybe it's coincidence
00:09:35I just want to be careful
00:09:38So now I'm dangerous
00:09:39Because two bad things happen near me?
00:09:41Ethan, that's not proof
00:09:44I know
00:09:45Enough
00:09:49For now
00:09:50It's better if Serena and Mia
00:09:52Aren't left alone
00:09:53It's caution
00:09:54Not a judgement
00:09:55We still don't know
00:09:56What frightened Mia
00:10:00Fine
00:10:12Mia's thoughts keep saying
00:10:14Serena is the one who destroys this family
00:10:16I just can't believe that
00:10:18She grew up with us
00:10:20Neither can I
00:10:22Until we know why Mia keeps warning us about her
00:10:25It's better not to leave them alone together
00:10:33So they can hear Mia's thoughts
00:10:35That's why they've all changed
00:10:36And she keeps telling them you ruin everything
00:10:40She keeps being right
00:10:41They'll start believing the rest
00:10:43I lose the Hawthorns
00:10:44Stormforn
00:10:45Their fortune
00:10:46Everything
00:10:49She has to die before that happens
00:10:52Marcus won't want to leave you alone with her now
00:10:54He will
00:11:00I just need them to feel sorry
00:11:03For me first
00:11:16Oh, I remember this
00:11:18She's about to lose it
00:11:20She smashes the vase
00:11:22Screams that everyone betrayed her
00:11:24Then threatens to leave Stormplane
00:11:27I think I should go back to Ironcar for a while
00:11:29Wait, what?
00:11:31She didn't break the vase?
00:11:35Where are you going?
00:11:38Just for a few days
00:11:40I don't want to stay here making everyone uncomfortable
00:11:45Serena, stop
00:11:47You're not going anywhere
00:11:48Yesterday, for the first time
00:11:51I felt like I wasn't family anymore
00:11:58You are family
00:11:59Yesterday was a mess
00:12:01And we hurt you
00:12:02I'm sorry
00:12:04Stay
00:12:05I don't want you gone either
00:12:06I just want to understand what happened
00:12:08I know
00:12:12She really didn't do it
00:12:25The healer sent fresh dressing
00:12:26I'll leave it here
00:12:34She's trying
00:12:35Don't believe her
00:12:37She's only backing off
00:12:38Because all of you are watching
00:12:53Cole's late
00:12:54He probably took East Revan
00:12:55Because of the flooded Ford
00:12:56Cole, no
00:12:58He's going to be attacked tonight
00:13:10Old Stone Bridge
00:13:11Three wolves
00:13:12They jump in before he finishes shifting
00:13:15And the third one goes for his right arm
00:13:17Once he loses that arm
00:13:19The rest of his original ending starts falling apart
00:13:23Cole did say he might take East Revely
00:13:25Let's check
00:13:25Worst case, we waste a trip
00:13:28East Revely, let's go
00:13:31Go
00:13:31I'll stay with Mia
00:13:32Cole may need all three of you
00:13:34I won't feed her
00:13:35Or take her anywhere
00:13:50Stay here
00:13:51Don't feed her
00:13:52Don't take her out of the room
00:13:54I won't
00:13:58Cole is more urgent
00:14:00I know
00:14:00Just come back fast
00:14:25Now it's just you and me
00:14:37They're far enough
00:14:38No, this is bad
00:14:40Ethan, you'd better be running very fast right now
00:14:50Wait, before you kill her
00:14:51Take her fortune first
00:14:53Don't waste it
00:14:58Serena, stop
00:15:03Ethan, please hurry
00:15:27Cry louder
00:15:28No one's here
00:15:31Marcus, Ethan, Ryan, somebody come back
00:15:41I wasn't even late yet
00:15:42How did you know
00:15:43Mia reacted the second we mentioned East Reveen
00:15:45She knew the bridge, the three wolves, even your right arm
00:15:48It sounded insane, but nobody wants to risk being wrong
00:15:56No, Serena
00:15:57She's the one
00:15:58She's the one who destroys this whole family
00:16:04Go
00:16:05I'll stay with Mia
00:16:06No
00:16:07Serena
00:16:08She's the one
00:16:09Who destroys this whole family
00:16:11Mia's alone with Serena
00:16:12She could be in danger
00:16:13Go
00:16:21They're not coming back in time
00:16:24They're not coming back in time
00:16:31Ethan, please come back
00:16:34Please
00:16:34Ever since you came here
00:16:36Everything started changing
00:16:39Marcus, Ethan, Ryan
00:16:42One by one
00:16:43They're pulling away from me
00:16:45Because of you
00:16:48I'm not letting you take anything else from me
00:16:54By the time they come back
00:16:55You'll be dead
00:17:08No, Ethan, she has a knife, she's going to kill me
00:17:12Cry all you want, no one's coming
00:17:17Ethan, help me
00:17:20She's killing me
00:17:28Stop
00:17:48Put her down
00:17:54What is wrong with you?
00:17:55She was screaming, I was trying to calm her down
00:18:00Don't believe her
00:18:01She was taking my fortune
00:18:03She had a knife
00:18:06Are you going to tell me why you came through that door like I was attacking her?
00:18:10I heard her crying
00:18:11So did I
00:18:11Look at her blanket
00:18:12She twisted herself into it
00:18:14You scared her more than I did
00:18:16No, no, no
00:18:17She was going to kill me
00:18:29What happened?
00:18:30That is what I would like to know
00:18:32Ethan broke the door down while I was trying to calm her
00:18:34I heard her screaming
00:18:35I came in, Serena was holding her
00:18:36Thank you
00:18:38That doesn't mean I'm done
00:18:39No cuts, no bruising
00:18:41She's frightened and exhausted
00:18:43But I can't tell you what frightened her
00:18:45Take her next door for a minute
00:18:46Understood
00:18:50Serena
00:18:51Wait outside
00:18:53Seriously?
00:18:54One minute
00:18:59Now tell me the rest
00:19:00I heard Mia
00:19:01Not out loud
00:19:02She said Serena had a knife
00:19:04She said Serena was killing her
00:19:05But you didn't see a knife
00:19:07No
00:19:07This wasn't some warning about years from now
00:19:10Mia was terrified while it was happening
00:19:12I know
00:19:13But Mia has been wrong before too
00:19:15Things are already changing
00:19:16She knew about Cole tonight
00:19:17She knew about the Falcon
00:19:19She knew what would happen to herself the first time Serena held her
00:19:22Which is why we don't ignore what she said
00:19:24But we also don't call Serena murderer when none of us saw it happen
00:19:27We don't need a verdict to stop leaving them alone together
00:19:29That I agree with
00:19:37So?
00:19:37I can't prove you hurt her
00:19:39Because I didn't
00:19:40And I won't pretend tonight was nothing
00:19:43From now on you are never alone with Mia
00:19:45So I'm guilty anyway
00:19:47No
00:19:49We haven't called you guilty
00:19:50You're still standing here with us
00:19:51But I don't want you alone with Mia again
00:19:53You are not a prisoner
00:19:54You can stay in Stormfang
00:19:56You can be with the family
00:19:57But you do not care for Mia alone anymore
00:19:59You think that's fair?
00:20:01Be angry with me
00:20:03The line stays
00:20:05Fine
00:20:15Mia's gift is ready
00:20:16What did you order?
00:20:17A little wolf rattle
00:20:18I ordered it after Dad said she was staying
00:20:21Relac Hall?
00:20:22Wait
00:20:23The Falcon
00:20:24Cole's arm
00:20:25I can't keep waiting for the next disaster
00:20:27If the story can change
00:20:29I have to get ahead of it
00:20:30Everything Serena gets makes her stronger
00:20:33And this family closer to dying
00:20:35The warded mantle is there
00:20:37In the book
00:20:38It keeps Serena alive again and again
00:20:42I was going today anyway
00:20:43I'm coming with you
00:20:48Keep her with you
00:20:49Both of you
00:20:49We know
00:20:53Where are you going?
00:20:55Relic Hall
00:20:55I'm coming
00:20:57No
00:21:00You said last night
00:21:01I'm not a prisoner
00:21:02That doesn't mean
00:21:03I'm not asking to hold Mia
00:21:04I'm not asking to be alone with her
00:21:06I'm asking to go somewhere with you guys
00:21:08Like I always have
00:21:11Or does friendship only count when it's convenient now?
00:21:14We'll both be there
00:21:15She stays with us
00:21:16She doesn't take Mia anywhere
00:21:19Fine
00:21:20Stay together
00:21:22She has no idea
00:21:24What we're actually going for
00:21:30Master Hawthorne
00:21:31Your commission is ready
00:21:42Perfect
00:21:42Okay
00:21:44That is annoyingly cute
00:21:46You had that made for her?
00:21:48Yeah
00:21:57A small protective relic
00:22:00It can turn aside an ordinary wound once
00:22:03Before the ward fades
00:22:07This one is beautiful
00:22:09I want it
00:22:16Go ahead
00:22:17Take it
00:22:18We'll take it
00:22:20Shall I prepare it with the Hawthorne purchases as usual?
00:22:22No
00:22:22She is buying this one herself
00:22:26Cole?
00:22:27You said you wanted it
00:22:31You've always paid when I picked something here
00:22:33That has been the custom for years
00:22:35I thought the Hawthorne brothers never let her pay for her own relics
00:22:38Exactly
00:22:38That was before
00:22:40Before Mia?
00:22:42Don't do that
00:22:43What changed?
00:22:46We came here for Mia's gift
00:22:49Anything you want for yourself is on you
00:22:52Right
00:22:53I forgot how things work now
00:22:55Forget it
00:22:59There is one other piece
00:23:00I usually do not bring it out unless the buyer understands what it is
00:23:09That's it
00:23:10The warded mantle
00:23:12The warded mantle
00:23:13When a killing blow reaches the wearer
00:23:14The old ward wakes first
00:23:16In the book
00:23:17Sarira survives again and again because of that mantle
00:23:20Cole
00:23:21I want that one
00:23:26Please
00:23:26You know I would use it
00:23:30We'll take it
00:23:32Thank you
00:23:33Thank you Cole
00:23:47For Mia
00:23:52Wait
00:23:52He bought it for me?
00:23:57She's a baby
00:23:58She can barely hold a rattle
00:23:59Then she can wear it as a wrap until she's bigger
00:24:05You're serious?
00:24:06Yes
00:24:09You used to buy me anything I wanted
00:24:14My ward clasp
00:24:15My healing charm
00:24:16I never even had to ask twice
00:24:19We gave you those because we wanted to
00:24:22And now you don't
00:24:25Serena this isn't punishment
00:24:27It feels like it
00:24:32She gets the gift
00:24:33She gets the protection
00:24:37What exactly is left for me?
00:24:40This isn't about taking something from you
00:24:42Give me the mantle
00:24:44No
00:24:45This one is Mia's
00:24:50We came here for Mia today
00:24:58In the book
00:25:00This thing saves her over and over
00:25:02Now it's mine
00:25:05Okay
00:25:05The story really is changing
00:25:17The ancestral wards are opening
00:25:18The passage will not stay open for long
00:25:23The ancestral grounds
00:25:24This is the disaster where all of them get hurt protecting Serena
00:25:28And leave with nothing
00:25:35We leave as soon as the route is stable
00:25:38I'm coming too
00:25:39Prepare your own gear
00:25:42Fine
00:25:43Evelyn, get Mia ready
00:25:45Serena, you too
00:25:52Mia says Serena is why we lose the whole trip
00:25:58I'm not leaving her to die in there
00:26:00I'm not leaving her to die either
00:26:02But we're done tearing the whole team apart for her
00:26:05One of us goes back
00:26:06The rest keep moving
00:26:10And Mia
00:26:12With me
00:26:14You're taking a baby into the ground
00:26:17After what happened in her room
00:26:19I am not leaving her in a half empty house
00:26:22While all of us are gone
00:26:34Ryan used to stay beside me
00:26:36Now even he only cares about Mia
00:26:38I thought we were going in together
00:26:41We are entering at the same time
00:26:43That does not mean the whole route revolves around you
00:26:46And when I get hurt
00:26:48You just keep walking
00:26:50No
00:26:54I pull you out
00:26:56Ethan and Cole don't turn back with me

00:27:44Then they can follow me
00:27:46Ryan won't let me go in alone

01:04:29You chose Garak
01:04:30I put Mia in his arms
01:04:33I wanted one night without Mia in the middle of every decision
01:04:37I never told Garak to put her in front of hunters
01:04:40She was still there
