00:00At the end of 2019, I was a licensed doctor and a network TV presenter for a popular health show.
00:07Although I had some reservations about the medico-pharmaceutical industry,
00:11the world I knew was about to be blown apart.
00:15An old friend suggested to me that I could publish independent vlogs,
00:19a word I had never even heard until then.
00:23Apparently there was a huge demand for doctors addressing medical topics,
00:26so I started off in earnest.
00:28Within a few months, one of the most common questions I received related to sketchy information
00:35about a new disease emerging in Wuhan, China.
00:39My husband Mark had quit the medical industry in 2016,
00:43so I asked him to help with the required research.
00:46By March 2020, it became apparent to us that the COVID-19 narrative was full of holes
00:52and I began communicating our findings to the world.
00:55The public response was overwhelming,
00:58and my videos on face masks, lockdowns, the PCR, and virology quickly gained millions of views.
01:06The most rewarding feedback I received was that my videos made people feel
01:10that they were not alone in questioning the fear narratives being promulgated by governments and the media.
01:16However, the response from the medical regulators was not so positive.
01:21By September 2020, the Medical Council of New Zealand,
01:25an agency linked to the Federation of State Medical Boards,
01:29began their campaign to shut down my publications.
01:33They first requested that I sign a so-called voluntary undertaking,
01:38effectively a gag order, to prevent me from talking about COVID-19 and related issues.
01:44I refused their quote offer and continued to research and expose the fraudulent aspects of the COVID event.
01:52For the past six years, the Medical Council have engaged in ongoing attacks against me
01:58through the perversion of, quote, health legislation.
02:02They have rigged the playing field so that on their terms,
02:06doctors are prosecuted for not supporting the COVID vaccines.
02:11And although the Council is supposedly independent from the government,
02:16eight of the 12 board members are government-appointed.
02:20So, criticizing government policy and their role in the pandemic industry
02:25can also come with heavy penalties.
02:28The first kangaroo court against me was held in 2023,
02:32but I had no part in the proceedings and had quit medical practice in 2021.
02:39I was charged with public harm, even though no harmed person could be found.
02:43I was also charged and found guilty of COVID-19, whatever that is supposed to mean.
02:49For this, they relied on the testimony of pharmaceutical industry shills,
02:53such as Helen Pertussis Harris.
02:55Despite such a frivolous exhibition,
02:58the Medical Council was awarded almost $159,000 against me.
03:03Unbeknownst to me, the Council had been keeping my name on the register
03:08in order to arrange further prosecutions for some of my other presentations.
03:13This included a three-part series of the yin and yang of HIV,
03:18a paper that exposed the foundational science of the AIDS narrative.
03:22It was written in 1999, a time when I was a 16-year-old high school student.
03:29Yet, in a completely perverted process, I was prosecuted for the material
03:34and the vindictive Medical Council demanded a further $88,000 from me.
03:40So, the total effective fines against me amount to a quarter of a million New Zealand dollars,
03:47which is $140,000 US dollars.
03:51The Medical Council's actions have not stopped any of my publications,
03:54and their spectacle of striking me off in 2024 made no difference,
04:00as I had permanently quit medical practice three years earlier.
04:04It is clear that they are simply trying to inflict punitive damages against me and my family.
04:10Some of their motivation is likely to be malice,
04:13as the former chair of the Medical Council, Curtis Walker,
04:17indicated he would destroy the careers of any doctors who criticised the COVID vaccines.
04:23It is also their intention to create a precedent to scare other doctors
04:28from speaking out against industry and government-sponsored narratives.
04:32I have fought the medical tyrants for the past six years.
04:37I have made numerous attempts to settle the case
04:40through Bill of Rights protections, common law, and equitable remedies.
04:45I have been into court several times to personally stand up to them.
04:49In a complete shock, my bank accounts were seized last year
04:54after the Medical Council and their agents committed several acts of perjury.
04:59When this secretive attack against me was declared unlawful,
05:03there was not the slightest sense of remorse from these nasty operatives.
05:08In fact, to cover their tracks,
05:10they even attempted to block my appeal in the High Court.
05:14The Council and their unscrupulous lawyers at Gibson Sheet in the City of Wellington
05:20have made it clear that they are not going to withdraw their persecutory campaign against me.
05:25Recently, they paid an agent to break into the grounds of our family home,
05:31demand that I sign paperwork,
05:33and make threats to my family members about their property being seized.
05:37Their unnecessary actions since 2020
05:40have intentionally escalated the costs of proceedings
05:44in order to extract more money from me.
05:47This is a quasi-government agency that received over $24 million in revenue last year,
05:54and the Cowardly Council members have authorised hundreds of thousands of dollars
06:00to be spent in litigation against me personally.

06:36but I have no regrets
06:37and continue to be humbled by the ongoing public support.
