00:10And I'm here to say we stand shoulder to shoulder with the people of Ukraine.
00:16We stand with President Zelensky and his government.
00:20And we will not only provide the help that we're providing,
00:25the help with military help and other help,
00:28but we also will increase our sanctions on Russia,
00:32provide humanitarian support, help for the country to get through the winter,
00:35and also working with other allies to make sure that Ukraine can prevail in this conflict.
00:40This really matters for our values and our security.
