00:33There are many big things going on, trying to keep up with all the backlog stuff I have, and all

00:45you haven't heard already, or if you've been living under a rock, or if you've been hitting the head with
00:50a baseball bat named Lucille, or something of that nature.
00:54Yes, yes, yes, you know, all the good things in life that we don't take for granted, but unlike getting
01:02half your shit taken, the Ugly Stepsister does take half our shit and half our minds because, well, it's almost
01:11as deplorable as the substance in a grotesque manner, but it kind of changes the ideology of the Cinderella story
01:23that we get
01:24Right from the Passionate Breakdown, I'm going to go over the highlights and highlights of what I thought and liked.
01:29As a breakdown, I'm sure you can find other spoilers out there, and of course, as once again, if you
01:37did not know already, I am not in a rush or race here with anyone on any platform, so if
01:44you don't like the videos, or you don't like the reconnaissance of what I'm doing here,
01:51Hey, you're more than free to skip over what I have going on, and, you know, go watch somebody else,
01:58but, hey, it is what it is, I hope you stick and stay, I welcome you all to join the
02:03channel, and thank you everybody for coming back, and, or if you're returning from YouTube, and, or have seen me
02:10now on these videos, I do appreciate the likes and views, and, of course, subscribing to all my channels on

02:20Most likely, of course, being Rumble, Dailymotion, Patreon, I'm trying to redo the Twitch and re-edit all that, so,
02:28I do have one of those, probably will be back on Streamlabs as well, streaming eventually, so, everything will be
02:35breaking down for that, and the movie reviews.
02:37Let's get into the ugly steps this year, for the highlights and lowlights, and most of the nuance that I
02:43thought was pretty decent from the movie in 2025, yes, I know I'm a little bit behind, but, hey, it
02:50is what it is, you gotta do what you gotta do, right, everyday life.
02:55So, for the most part, I thought it was an enjoyable movie, yes, it was a bit grotesque, especially with
03:00the, uh, the tapeworm stuff, if you know, you know, you'll, you'll get into that, you'll see that by the,
03:06the second and third act, uh, no spores, because I didn't tell you exactly what's going on with that and
03:12happening,
03:13but, uh, the, uh, the, the fear of vanity and everything going on with what humanity as a whole and
03:21Hollywood and basically being in the public eye will do to you so you can, uh, look prettier, be more
03:30popular, I guess, look more famouser or, or getting the famouser from Billy Gunn, I don't know what you would
03:36prefer better, but, hey, that's just your prerogative.
03:40I think for that to kind of play off what they did in the substance of 2024 with Demi Moore
03:48and Morgan Qualley kind of pans into what we're doing now as the era of the times from basically the
03:58dark ages into the Victorian era into what you have as the now new age era or whatever you want
04:05to call it or whatever the, uh, Gen Zers are naming it now.
04:10To just the things people will go through and what they'll do to their bodies, uh, to achieve being thinner
04:18and prettier and whatever the case may be, uh, I know, you know, ab implants and calf implants and all
04:25those other stuff going on.
04:26Now with these portions these days are what a lot of the bodybuilders do and, you know, back then with
04:34the whole steroids things going on, uh, or taking a horse pill or horse steroids and things people still do
04:40now and pro wrestling and other wares, uh, to keep up with what they have to maintain to do to
04:47keep their jobs or whatever the case may be or in their lifestyle.
04:50Uh, and that whole spiel of, uh, uh, and that whole spiel of, uh, extra context and the deep dive
04:55candid cuts of kind of what they get into into the darker story and realms of what they do in
05:01the same tactical forms of how the Cinderella story plays out.
05:08Uh, it's definitely not a Disney movie by any means, uh, so that gets a highlight within itself.
05:15A lot of the, the scenes that they have to do with a lot of the archaic ways that they
05:21do them, uh, like changing nose features and pulling teeth, uh, definitely was a highlight in this movie for me.
05:28Or how basically dresses and bustiers and corsets were made back then kind of, uh, prolongs or even furlonging into
05:40making deals and orders for kings and how men back then saw more or less the beauty standards being risen
05:50and lowered, uh, to their acceptance to be part of the new kingdom's court.
05:56Or how the prince valued certain things and what they do or how relatives or certain other ideas of manipulation
06:07were implanted back then, uh, on, on a, I wouldn't say truthful manner, but just a societal manner through mocking
06:20of what they did throughout history.
06:23And kind of implementing things going wrong or what could happen in this situation to go wrong if this were
06:32indeed to change your way that you eat or what your teeth look like or having to get a certain
06:40surgery.
06:40Like, uh, uh, Nora is not that, I mean, she's a tad bit chubby and what would be considered overweight,
06:49but not for a person that's like five, nine or five, 10.
06:53And, and that era would be, I mean, being pleasantly plump doesn't have anything to do with the kind of
07:02person that you are from within.
07:04She kind of finds that out going on through the movie.
07:08So, and that direction of the story is, is more of a highlight for me.
07:13A lowlight would be how Cinderella actually was treated and then mistreated the other two.
07:20Um, especially at the water malls, the younger one of the quote unquote ugly stepsister when the, the mom, the
07:32bridge mom, who's basically a old maid playing to get into the kingdom or being invited to the kingdom's good
07:42side.
07:44And Nora, what we'll just call it in terms of Nora being invited to what they're going as a beauty
07:51standard Cinderella's, you know, the blonde hair, blue eye, smaller.
07:55I mean, she's got the size five, size six feet to, into what some more, most men would call the
08:05height of, of real beauty, uh, to being in the story of maybe which one would be, you know,
08:13getting into the marriage when he finally sees what's going on.
08:18And then they get obviously to the ball and the whole pumpkin thing and, and what the, both sisters do,
08:26Cinderella and of course the quote unquote ugly stepsister do to, to manufacture, to be able to get to the
08:37ball as over time.
08:39Cause they've given us a lot of amount of days and to why the Prince wants to this particular woman,
08:47what they're all looking for and how it's going to be achieved later on in the story.
08:51And to a point where, you know, Cinderella has already fallen in love and, and been with the stable boy
08:59that's been working for the other parts of her father, but, or the other father that the Bridget bride and
09:07old maid marries into having the two other sisters be into the marriage has already passed away and gone.
09:17And of course she's, she's, she's spending all of Cinderella's money and doing different things and sleeping with other men
09:23and, and trying to, uh, maintain her political position within the King's court and all the other things that are
09:30going on with that.
09:31And it's kind of broken down into the idea of why this is all happening.
09:39Meanwhile, they're all, all three or most of the three are going to finishing school.
09:44I'll send a, Rella is basically maintaining that the castle, uh, you know, talking with the animals, mice and rats
09:51and the, her love, the stable boys pretty much been already banished after they have, uh,
09:57uh, after in a good amount of ways, uh, because, uh, they're trying to hide the, uh, virgin-esque part
10:05of the story, which Cinderella turns out not to be one, but she's kind of a born again virgin by
10:11the end of the movie.
10:12You know, at one point, you know, they're in Cinderella and the stable boy of Schmack Hansen, you know, making,
10:21uh, and making love and you see them all down.
10:25And then there's a wide shot of her entire whole backside and they're both completely in the buff and you
10:32see a hard dick and you, you get the idea.
10:35And, uh, Lenora still watching from the side is basically saying, well, you know, what's this like?
10:44So she, she peeks in and, and basically finds out what everything is going on with that.
10:50And then, uh, the, obviously stepmother, the wicked stepmother finds out and kind of banishes Cinderella to do all the
10:59menial jobs and everything else.
11:00Meanwhile, her father that died at the dinner table is slowly rotting away, never had a funeral or doing anything
11:06else unbeknownst to the rest of the spoiler,
11:11which is kind of hard to tame as of now because in the book and the Disney series, uh, didn't
11:20happen anything like that really.
11:22I mean, there is another horror, couple of horror novels on the Cinderella story, but they were kind of going
11:28through.
11:29Uh, no, it's not anything like Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare, but there are, uh, some similarities in the grossness and
11:37the grotesqueness and the over-the-top-ness that they get into as kind of being a highlight.
11:44But the way they, they treat Cinderella as a lowlight, I didn't really like the writing or the ploy of
11:52the wicked stepmother at all.
11:53I think that was a big lowlight and they brought the movie down, uh, the younger, obviously step-sitter, step
12:00-sister, not sitter.
12:01I was thinking of babysitters, but, you know, Cinderella kind of does look like a babysitter, but that's a whole
12:06nother topic for another day.
12:07And getting back to what I was just saying about the youngest, who hasn't even really had her first period
12:15yet and finally gets that and starts to grow, becomes a few years later, is now kind of the strong
12:22one.
12:22She takes over for the animals and the horses and all that, kind of sees how her mother and her
12:27older sister, being now the kings and going beauty standard,
12:30actually turns out to kind of be a relevant beauty herself, then helps her, her step-sister at one point,
12:38uh, to know anything ideal as the wicked stepmother.
12:44And then everybody knows about, well, the glass zipper or glass shoe, uh, one point in the movie is out
12:51to the step-sister, uh, trying to, uh, lop off her toes.
12:58Let's just put it that way and fit into the shoe so the prince can find out that it's her
13:05and he can marry her and turns into a little big bloody mess, as you would think.
13:11And then there's kind of a bright side of the ending that they end on and kind of a not
13:17so bright side.
13:18And what, uh, the wicked stepmother ended up doing and kind of settling into, uh, marrying someone younger to stay
13:26in the castle and have the money that she did.
13:29And it just, it goes to show you what things of the basic bottom line instincts that humans and things
13:37will do to go back into more than kind of a pack of wolves will do and what they'll do.
13:44I mean, everybody pretty much knows if a lion, a male lion comes in the new pride or herd and
13:51taking over for another line and the cubs are kind of the descent, uh, male lion will kill that part
13:58of, uh, the other bloodline.
14:01So kind of goes in with that kind of not, but there are other things that break down into the
14:08more mockingjay part of things and immensely going into the deplorable value of what humans will actually do to keep
14:17gaining power.
14:18And, and, and what kind of, I would say more than side manipulative tactics to keep going in life or
14:28keep their whatever partial standards of life and happiness.
14:34But, you know, that's what everybody has to do when, when they, when they do it, because that's when they
14:41don't fear God, it's kind of like, Hey, well, my immense pressure of, of feeling, uh,
14:48on top has gone away. And now we have to deal with it. So basically a good story overall. And
14:57that was a highlight. The rest of it, pretty much a little lie in my personal opinion, but I give
15:03the movie a four dark stars out of six.
15:06I'm going to rate it a four dark stars out of six dark stars. And just to get that out
15:10there, whatever you watch it. Yes, but not close together. Is it rewatchable?
15:15Well, some manners is, I probably will end up owning it on Blu-ray eventually when it comes out or
15:22whenever, uh, the prints are printing out because most things are going OOP or just going to the thrift store
15:30shelves and the bookstore shelves.
15:33And everybody's getting rid of their, their DVDs and movies like the main real tales, like target Walmart's and what
15:38have you.
15:38So that's a whole nother story of another different day. As I said twice over here already, but I'm double
