00:00The plan for the missile defence system I've already set out about three weeks ago in September.
00:05You'll remember I had lots of questions on it.
00:07And the difference between us and other parties is that I set out my plans.
00:12Other parties don't say anything because they're hoping just to sneak in.
00:15I'm very happy to be challenged.
00:17I love it that you're asking me these questions because I can explain how it's all going to work.
00:21But on the missile defence system, we've put that all out.
00:24We've explained how we're going to get to 3% on defence.
00:27We're the only party that has done that.
00:28Labour has kicked this into the long grass again until next year when we can see the threats facing our
00:35country right now.
00:36Look at what happened in Fairford.
00:38Look at Iran shutting down a power plant.
00:40We need to get serious.
