Sleep-deprived Japan holds best-rested competition
Japanese participants battle in a sleep competition organized by a mattress company, in a country long known for its chronic lack of sleep. Wired to devices that monitor their sleep quality, participants compete for a 2 million yen ($14,000) prize in Tokyo.
