00:00Once again, at about 6.15 this morning, one of our school buses was eastbound on the Lucerne
00:09Park Road that we're standing in right now.
00:14And the school bus was, and we've done a preliminary review of the video, was clearly in their
00:22lane of travel, when for unknown reasons, a white Chevy Malibu going westbound on the
00:30Lucerne Park Road, and we're about one and a half miles off Highway 27, veered over this
00:38line about where we are now, and crashed into the school bus.
00:46If you will, it was kind of like a reverse pit.
00:51The school bus is eastbound, the white vehicle is westbound, it drifts over the center line
01:01about where we're standing and hits on the tandem rear wheels causing the bus to lose traction.
01:10It also appears to have ripped the tire off of the school bus.
01:15The school bus then crossed over into the, once again, westbound lane of traffic and hit
01:25a silver Jeep head on.
01:29And that's what you see here.
01:34It was a horrible crash.
01:37There's still another vehicle that is involved in the crash back behind us.
01:42So right now we know of three vehicles and the school bus.
01:47So right now.
