00:01Senator Gingoy Estrada's office in the Senate is stripped bare ahead of its turnover to Senate President Pro Tempore Tito
00:06Soto.
00:07Soto was supposed to take over the office on the 6th floor of the Senate building this week
00:11after the leadership change in the chamber in June that installed Senator Win Gatchalian as Senate President.
00:17But the office's fixtures, including the toilet bowl, sink, tiles, and carpets, were removed.
00:22Soto is expected to vacate his current office, which will be occupied by Gatchalian,
00:27as offices on the 6th floor are usually reserved for Senate leaders.
00:31Senate practice allows Senators to take furniture and appliances when they vacate their offices
00:35but prohibits them from damaging the interiors.
