⚠️ Important: VMware Player 7 is a legacy version. VMware/Broadcom has discontinued Workstation Player as a current downloadable product. Workstation Player reached End of Sale on April 30, 2024, and current VMware Workstation Pro is available free for personal use.
This tutorial is intended for users who already have a VMware Player 7 installer and want to learn how to install and test this older virtualization software on Windows 11.
