Thailand's flood crisis is continuing into October, with rain still affecting parts of the country and Bangkok facing renewed heavy-rain and flooding risks.As of October 1, flooding had affected 30 provinces and Bangkok, with 1,177,404 households and 3,352,395 people impacted, according to Thailand's Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation. Flooding was reported across 191 districts and 8,714 villages.Bangkok is still dealing with lingering floodwater after the capital was hit by extreme rainfall in late September. More than 330mm of rain fell in some parts of Bangkok between September 24 and 27, according to Thailand's weather agency.Now, fresh rain remains a concern.
