01:28I would have preferred the governor appoint seasoned prosecutors like Nassau County's Ann Donnelly
01:35or Suffolk County's Ray Tierney rather than Letitia James.
01:39This is out of her purview.
01:42It's something that the attorney general's office isn't equipped to do, and it's something
01:46that should be done by an experienced prosecutor.
01:50And Ann Donnelly or Ray Tierney I think would make a much better choice.
