01:26commend teams like curacao and haiti that have been able to find a way without spending money on
01:33infrastructure because there's no infrastructure in curacao or in haiti local infrastructure to
01:39develop talent or to create a league what they did it was a very clever intelligent scouting all around
01:45the world assemble literally assemble an avenger level of team uh from the championship the second
01:52tier tournament in in england and other second and third tier divisions in in europe to put together
01:59teams that are really well prepared that understand the game on the highest level because they've been
02:04playing on on institutions that have these available to them and finally the physical form and the
02:12genetic pool that they've been they've been having access is just impressive these players are fast
