00:00I promise this is your next favorite summer snack.
00:02Mmm.
00:03Now to make sure the skin is extra crispy,
00:04we're going to cut a little crosshatch
00:06into each top of the sausage bites.
00:08Combine Dijon mustard, some hot honey,
00:09some whole grain mustard, brown sugar,
00:11apple cider vinegar.
00:12Now pour half of that mixture into a separate bowl,
00:14set to the side,
00:15and then we're just going to add some mayonnaise
00:16for our dipping sauce.
00:17Now just put this into the fridge until you're ready to serve.
00:19Place your sausage crosshatch side up.
00:22Right before they go into the oven,
00:23just brush them down with that honey Dijon mixture.
00:25Now we're just going to bake this at 400
00:26for about 10 to 15 minutes.
00:27If you want to add a little extra heat,
00:28pull your sausage out about midway through
00:30and give them a little drizzle of hot honey.
00:32Let them cool for about five minutes
00:33and then plate them up.
00:34If you want to make it a little fancy,
00:35top it off with a little bit of parsley.
00:36You can see how the glaze caramelized
00:38deep down in those little cracks.
00:39It's crispy, it's juicy,
00:41and I can't wait to chow down.
00:42Mmm, this is so good.
00:44It's the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
00:46And the best part is you can do this in an air fryer,
00:48you can do it on the grill.
00:49It's totally up to you.
