00:19developed by Sight Loss Council volunteers with accessibility managers at Govia Thameslink
00:24Railway. The recordings explain station layouts and facilities, allowing passengers to familiarise
00:31themselves with what they will encounter. The guides were co-authored with Sight Loss Charity
00:37Thomas Pocklington Trust. They are available through Southern, Thameslink and Great Northern
