“Kraft Foods” has its eyes on “Cadbury”, the world’s second largest confectioner. “Hershey Co”. & Italy’s, “Ferrero”, are considering teaming up to make an offer of their own. “Cadbury” chairman Roger Carr has been pretty open about doing business with Hershey rather than Kraft.
