Juliana Bonde criticizes online betting and reveals she has turned down advertising offers

Influencer says she has never promoted betting platforms on Instagram, but questions rule changes after companies invested heavily in the Brazilian market

Juliana Bonde drew attention from her followers after posting a video on Instagram, on her @julianabonde profile, commenting on the debate surrounding online betting platforms in Brazil.

In the video, the influencer said she is personally opposed to so-called “bets” and revealed that she has received — and turned down — commercial offers from companies in the sector.

“I’m against betting because it can be addictive,” Juliana said in the video.

According to her, despite the offers she has received, she has never promoted a betting platform on her profile.

“I’m against betting. I’ve never promoted it here on my Instagram, and I’ve already turned down several types of offers,” she said.

Juliana, however, also questioned the stability of the rules for companies that have invested in the Brazilian market.

“But where is the country’s stability? People invested billions to bring their betting businesses here, you know? If it was allowed, why do this now?” she said.
