00:20At marami ang virap sa patuloy na pagtaas

00:23ng presyo ng produktong petrolyo,

00:25na-discover rin ang COA na 709.88 million pesos pala

00:31na fuel subsidy ang hindi na ipamahagi

00:34sa mga binipusyaryo as of December 2025.

00:38Ang paliwanag dito ng LTFRB,

00:41hindi ito isang taong pondo lamang,

00:44kundi pinagsamang mga natirang pondo

00:46mula 2022, 2023, at 2024.

00:50Pero malaking bahagi raw

00:52na nasa 400 to 500 million pesos

00:55na galing sa 2024 GAA

00:58ay naipamahagi naman.

01:00Kabilang sa mga hindi na credit,

01:03yung 179.9 million pesos na subsidy

01:07kung saan 120.5 million pesos

01:10ay para sa mga tricycle driver.

01:13Bali po, nagkulang po ang binipusyaryo

01:16na ibinigay ng DILG.

01:17Yung ibang binipusyaryo naman po ng LTFRB

01:20hindi na po mahanap, hindi na po mabigay.

01:22Kaya po may natira.

01:23Ayon kay LTFRB Acting Chairman,

01:26Atty. Greg Pua,

01:27karamihan sa mga natirang pondo

01:29ay na-obligate naman

01:31bago matapos ang 2025

01:33at inilaan sa mga calamity-stricken areas.

01:36Target na ma-fully disperse ito

01:39nitong first quarter ng 2026.

01:43Yung 120 million pesos naman

01:45na para sa mga tricycle driver

01:47ay hindi na-transfer

01:49dahil sa problema nga sa account number,

01:51mga pangalan,

01:53dahil ang tricycle drivers daw

01:54ay nasa ilalim ng LGU

01:56at hindi ng LTFRB.

01:59So galing sa DILG

02:00ang listahan ng mga binipusyaryo.

02:02Sinabi ng LTFRB

02:04na legally and technically

02:05expired na

02:07ang pondong ito

02:08dahil may two-year period lang ito

02:11para ma-disperse

02:12o maipamahagi.

02:14So in other words,

02:15hindi na ito pwedeng maipamahagi pa.

02:18Pero,

02:19kinocoordinate naman daw nila

02:20sa land bank

02:21kung maaaring palitan

02:22yung mga binipusyaryo

02:24para maggamit naman

02:25yung humigit-kumulang

02:26120 million pesos

02:28na nasa banko pa,

02:30ito yung hindi pa

02:31na ipabalik sa national treasury

02:32para mapakitambangan

02:34ng mas marami pang

02:35mga nangangailangan ngayon.
