00:21And according to sources in the security apparatus, Hashim Musa was a retired trained SSG commander of Pakistan Special Forces
00:30and was sent along with a group of highly trained Lashkar terrorists to operate from jungles.
00:36He, along with his group, was specifically trained for forest survival, shoot and scoot attacks against security forces.
00:43With the killing of Musa, the complete group has been wiped off as he was the last surviving member.

00:59was also the last member of the entire group in that particular jungle.
01:06That's right, Anjali. In fact, the last three years he has been operational in the Peer Panchal area.
01:12Initially, he was active on the other side in Punch Rajuri forest area and then slipped to this side.

01:57The Gurwet Kallan area of larger U-smug area in Badkam was cordoned off late last night in the very
02:04first first-door exchange of fire.
02:06He was gunned down and now his body has been recovered.
02:09Arms and ammunition have also been recovered from the location.
02:11And as is the SOP, the area is being scanned because there are inputs that could be more in the
02:17area and the security forces are searching for them.
02:21Now, further on, Musa, he is said to be a retired SSG commander.
02:27Now, these are special forces of the Pakistan Army.
02:29He was sent along with a very highly trained Lashkar group two, three years back into this side to carry
02:36out specific shoot-and-scoot attacks and also importantly operate from the jungle.
02:41So, he was an expert in jungle survival, shoot-and-scoot attacks and in fact, that's why if you remember
02:48three or four attacks that he carried out, he did cause casualties to the army and post that, he was
02:54on the most wanted list.
02:55So, with his killing, the Musa 4G group has been completely wiped off.
