00:23I've been wrestling since I was 18, so I'm so used to being on the road.
00:27I've been on the sidelines.
00:29I've been working harder than most.
00:32And now that I'm in my best shape ever, I'm going to be unstoppable.
00:36I watch every Monday, make sure I'm keeping up to date with stuff.
00:39I think it's the place, oddly, where I sort of feel most comfortable is in the wrestling
00:45ring.
00:47Okay, warm up done.
00:48We're going to go over to the chest press machine.
01:0490% of the time, my opponents standing across from me are already defeated when they just
01:09look at me.
01:09You know, people are scared of my demeanor, scared of the way I look.
01:13And when I'm in the ring, when I go out of Guerrilla, I completely lock in and I'm a different
01:18person.
01:18I say that all the time.
01:20Like, I'm not the same person I was backstage or what I am in the ring.
01:23It's 100%.
01:24I'm out there to kill.
01:28You've got to respect HQ.
01:31Keep it clean.
01:33If you don't, you'll have me to answer to.
01:40I think the benefit of working out in headquarters here is I have my setup in my garage gym,
01:47which is incredible.
01:49But it's just so many different machines that your workout feels different, which is always
01:54good to shock the muscles.
01:55So, like, I haven't used this machine in a long time since I've been injured because
01:59I've been doing rear delts using my cable machine, so I'm excited to do stuff like this.
02:08By the time I'm back, I'll probably be around 270, 265, 270 pounds.
02:14And at my heaviest, when I came back to WWE, at the end of 2022, I was 265 pounds.
02:21So, you're looking at about 90 to 100 pounds difference, you know, since then to now.
02:27So, in the last three, four years, I feel like if you don't evolve, you die.
02:31So, especially in this business, you have to keep moving with the times.
02:34And I'm watching wrestling all the time, you know, and I think that puts me in the mood
02:39to have, like, a target and a goal of what I want to do.
02:43I even think of it as someone's taking my spot, you know what I mean?
02:47So I need to make sure I'm on top of my game.
02:50In this business, people will take your spot straight away, and that's just how it is.
02:53You have to be prepared for that.
02:54So, that's sort of the mindset.
02:59Whoo!
03:11Something that I bring to WWE that I don't think anyone else really does is, like, those
03:17big monster movie moments, you know?
03:19The chaos that people can't predict.
03:22So, I think you're going to see some, like, crazy stuff when I come back.
03:27All right, one more.
03:44I like to be the guy that can bully the other wrestlers.
03:47So, you saw me famously take Roman's shoes.
03:51I'm going to start taking more things from people because I can.
03:53And not just that, I have the vision to back me up as well.
03:56So, I think a lot of people think I might go the other way.
03:59But you'll see in due time.
04:05So, what you just saw was the hard work that I've been putting in while I've been gone.
04:10I was once told, everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of discomfort.
04:15So, I've been pushing myself day and night to make sure I'm at my best.
04:19And next time you see me, I'm putting everyone on the roster on notice because when Bronson
04:26Reid comes back, it's on site.
04:30.
