01:13Philippines, of the House of Representatives, the 70th United Nations
01:19Commission on the Status of Women, and I spoke before the United Nations in the
01:24ECOSOC Chamber about the barriers to women's improvement, or the
01:33women's uplifting their lives. So itong mga comments na ganito, ito yung tinalakay
01:44namin sa United Nations. And well again, it's very unfortunate that we still have
01:52members of our society who think that way.
