United Way of Central Ohio's cycle 2 graduation for Pride Leadership. According to recent census data, Central Ohio is becoming increasingly more diverse and the momentum created led to the formation of Pride Leadership The Pride Leadership program provides training to Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual and Transgender professionals to expand their leadership capabilities and facilitate the placement of participants onto volunteer boards and into leadership roles in central Ohio.
