00:00Bonbon, anyone?
00:01A little sweet treat.
00:02Turn a brownie mix into truffles.
00:04And it couldn't be any easier.
00:05We're talking three ingredients.
00:06Your brownies.
00:07While they're slightly warm, just go into a bowl.
00:11I'm gonna add in just a little bit of cream cheese
00:13to kind of help act as a little glue.
00:15And then you're just gonna mash it all together.
00:17Can you guess what's next?
00:18You just roll it up into little bite-sized balls.
00:22Once they're all rolled,
00:23you're gonna melt some chocolate just over a double boiler
00:26and dip, coat, let the excess drip off.
00:29And then place it on some wax paper or parchment paper
00:32to cool and just keep going.
00:34I'm gonna do just like a hint of flaky salt.
00:37And then as they cool, the chocolate will harden.
00:39And we're good to go.
00:41Mmm.
00:42Mmm, that salt.
00:43You would never know this started
00:45with a box of brownie mix.
